This detail is making me insane. The wooden ornament thing is a worse look! It’s homeless tier garbage construction, it’s a sad mockery of the bible verse and the idea of a happy and blessed family (sorry, just channeling PPP here).

Like what the fuck happened here, did the parents or clean up crew throw out the baby gate early on, and Rekieta make-shifted that sign into place so he could lock the pug in the bathroom again?

I know it doesn’t matter, the main thing is it proves the photo is from a different day.


The whole thing is bizarre, clearly there had been a huge clean up before these pics happened, but many rooms are still in disarray (if not “filthy”), and imagine leaving literal shit on the floor for CPS to see and document, with seeing your kids again in the balance. Junkie fucks!

I can confirm that cropping images directly on the phone using the phone's "photos" application preserves Exif.

Nick really put himself in a Boogie cancer diagnosis sort of situation. If he's telling the truth about the photos being from the same day as the bodycam, then there's no reason to not clip sections of the bodycam with no kids in them and release those to verify. They would just show what we already saw in the pictures, so no privacy would be violated.

On the other hand, if he's a dirty liar, that would be the only reason to not clip it.

We already know he's a liar, and he just proved it again. LOLCOW OF THE YEAR.

I concur.

They suck at interviews metokur saved the first Jaden interview. Credit where it is due lard and card didn't push mama k who by all rights was a bundle of nerves but was excellent. Nick might like to abuse women but he was paddled by one last night.
 
That's another thing: when it comes to getting sober there are "stages of readiness." Paraphrased/copied from the Dr. Phil website because I'm gay:
  • Stage 1: Compelled by authority to change. Zero chance of recovery at this point, you're basically just doing what they ask you but you still feel like you were "wronged" when your fun was taken away.
  • Stage 2: Comply to escape criticism. (“It’s when everybody expects you to do it, so you fulfill their expectations.”) Also a low chance of recovery, but slightly better. It can possibly lead you down the road of recovery.
  • Stage 3: Intellectually aware of the need for change. IE: You know you need to do it, even if most of you still doesn't want to. This is when things start looking better.
  • Stage 4: Mentally and emotionally self-motivated by change. IE: "I can't stand this fucking bullshit anymore. Not one more day, not one more hour. I never want that bullshit in my veins ever again in my fucking life."
Nick's at Stage 1 and I don't know if he'll ever get much further. He's only sober because he has to be. He still thinks he could've done this all safely and been a master of it, but it was that stupid stinky Aaron that ruined it for him and got it all taken away. He wants his coke and whores back, dammit!

Windows don't change Modification date on copied files, only Creation date. At least that is how Windows handles files on my computer.
 
It will be interesting to see if The Hardship argues Nick has effectively waived his rights to privacy by publically demonstrating alleged imagery from the time of the arrest, effectively rendering his privacy arguments moot in the case of the bodycam video footage.

Momma K's interview with Kino Casino may be legally interesting as well. A witness to the contents of the bodycam footage directly disputes the validity of Rekieta's images as being an accurate account of the home that day. There is evidently significant public discourse which should be addressed by the release of the footage to the public.

We know CPS took the kids and forced Nick to clean the house before they came back.

Do those photos look like pictures that are so messy CPS would require Nick to clean and that his parents would have to come help?

Or do those photos look like pictures after a hasty clean up, doing your best to make things look as presentable as possible as quickly as possible?

I’m in the mindset that this is after a major clean up - mainly because the floors look clean. Remember Aaron said the carpets were sticky and gross throughout. This would have taken proper, commercial cleaning machines, most likely a professional cleaner was hired. Stuff is piled up still but for example in the library it looks intentional and neat ish, there just isn’t enough space.
But i suspect it was got back to a spotless condition, after a lot of work by the parents and probably contractors.

Then, some time elapses, and Nick starts moving shit around again, puts a makeshift dog door in place, and the rooms they actually use (remember the kids are NOT there) become trashed again. Mainly the master bedroom, that’s why he won’t show it, but also the kitchen/living room are very untidy.

They just didn’t give a fuck.

i was wondering why rekieta doesn't just fake repentance and go back to his "old self" on-stream, but still be a degenerate off-stream. like he was in 2020.

clearly, the majority of his old audience would buy into rekieta again if he just "acknowledge" his wrong doings his family and go to "rehab". this current and old audience would eat up a redemption arc, even though it was be pure fiction for the cameras. it would just be the 2020 status quo for rekieta, where he made lots of money and internet clout. at this point, i would not buy into a rekieta redemption arc but, clearly, a majority of his normie audience does. but he seems to be hell bent on this current persona.

it is probably a mix of his drug addiction, brain damage, and his odd that prevents him from going back to his old on-line persona.
