Very interesting. I hope we can hear from the second person who took notes so they can confirm.Great point, That hadn't even occurred to me but it makes a lot of sense.

Mama K was pretty insistent that the dog door on the dog's master bathroom jail cell changed from a pet/toddler gate (in the bodycam) to the wooden thing with the Bible verse (in Nick's photo).
You're right, if what Nick released are really CPS photos taken on a different day, it might have been his attempt to make the doggy prison situation look more wholesome and less horrible.
Mama K also said while she didn't get a good look at the master bathroom, she didn't remember seeing the dog's light blue pee pad in the bodycam footage, which was present in Nick's photo.
Sure seems like an attempt to make the situation look more humane for a CPS visit.
My theory is some are from CPS. Also, this whole iPhone thing is meaningless. Yes, Nick has android. But he could have easily sent the picture to Kayla or someone who has an iPhone, download, then resend. Metadata can also be edited with various tools. I believe even Acrobat, Photoshop and the like can do so. Also an abundance of dedicated sites and tools. Now, I believe some must be from the raid, specifically the drugs, but some seem sus. And since when do police use iPhones? Is it a personal iPhone or police Iphone? There is a man taking pictures but we don't exactly see an iPhone, its obscured by the middle frame of the mirror. At any rate, when labs analyze for metadata there is a much more comprehensive process than right clicking and checking info, as again, all that can be edited with various tools. Pretending that the information there is hard facts and gospel would be a bit gullible. Those retards listening to Nick need to go back to special ed. It's clear the photos are doctored just from the thumbnail previews since they have different sizes:

For example, notice the top cropping is different on the first two images:

Looking closely they all seem to be subtly different, implying manual cropping. This also likely means the EXIF data is complete bullshit since:
I still think there was likely some sort of marking or timestamp on the images that would have revealed they weren't from the same day, so he's had to go crop them out and redo the metadata to match the few true pictures he mixed in.
- Original images from a phone would have the EXIF data but would all be the same resolution.
- Cropped images from a video, using some snip tool. Then we would not have EXIF data from the phone since it's a different image.
- He used a program to crop the images that preserves the EXIF data. This is possible, but leaves the question of why he needed to crop them and wait a full day to show that he had EXIF data on all but the one image (That had the wrong size listed due to the ratio).
Edit: After a bit more digging it is harder to tell on the other images due to the blur and dark edges, but some are definitely different. For another example, the widths of the 2nd image and the 5th one in the 3rd row are clearly different:

Does he have all images shown in some confirmed state site or portal? Not some google site or macbook desktop. I don't believe that he doesn't know how metadata works. This man has made thumbnails for years, is savy enough to run a stream and all that technical know how involved, but all of a sudden is an innocent boomer when it comes to metadata? Now, the pics might be authentic but there are some questionable things, like the inconsistencies pointed out from the interview of the person who wrote the initial report.
