Creator Clash's transparency report really opens up a lot of questions. Alanah and Erin are listed as "stakeholders" in the event which makes me wonder if they have some ownership of the Creator Clash brand which in hindsight really makes a lot of sense. Alanah is a well-known piece of shit these days but I had no opinion of her before she was telling lies about Froggy to sweep for Anisa and her husband. Not only that, but she claimed to (somehow) not have any knowledge of the payment she was getting which is an even more egregious lie if she was actually an owner at the time.

That would also put some illumination on who IS SO FUCKING STUPID that they would bankroll this dumpster fire and entrust Anisa and her husband to run the event IN THE EXACT SAME WAY after they clearly mismanaged the last one.

I had initially assumed that behind the curtain there's some boardroom of serious business people who took over and called the shots, but it makes much more sense if it's just more fuckwits like Alanah and Erin who also have enough ownership to prevent anyone with business sense or an IQ over room temperature from having making decisions. It also makes sense why they were funneling money to Erin's 'charity' from the jump if he's also been an owner since the beginning but was smart enough to keep that quiet since that looks even more sketchy than it already does.

Additionally, I was assuming that the play here from the showrunners was to let the show go on and then sue Ian and Anisa once they had substantive damages but I don't have much confidence that whoever is making these decisions have that kind of foresight. I'd bet that Anisa and Ian gave up their 34% share of profit in exchange for freedom of liability which was probably a very foolish deal to give them since that 34% share of $0 is not gonna be anywhere near the amount of damage they caused.

In my humble opinion, Ian has always been extremely boring outside of scripted settings. Actually, I even found his content cop skits to be boring, unpopular opinion possibly. The only time I was legitimately impressed by one of his skits was when he had the very brief Post Malone cameo. Looking back, that never would have happened if it weren’t for Ethan since Ethan was the one who was friends with Post Malone.

Ian may have always been boring but he doesn’t look as dead in the eyes there.
