Is it possible to FOIA Kandiyohi County, MN emails. Specifically Kandiyohi County Attorney’s Office & Kandiyohi County Sheriffs Office emails with “Rekieta” mentioned anywhere in the email? Or would they likely deny the request?
For example if the Sheriff’s office emailed the County Attorney regarding the Rekieta body cam? If such an email existed would it be available for release or would it be considered confidential & unavailable.
Would an email from an outside party such as the Barnes Walker to the County Attorney asking the record be corrected and the body cam removed from evidence be available to be released or would that be confidential?

Nick does not understand that by making this shifty collusion motion in cooperation with the state they have turned the bodycam footage from "interesting to a small circle of internet retards" into potentially precedent setting case for the general public's RIGHT under the constitution to access court records.
Barnes should be on the fence ranting about the unconstitutional behavior of the state and the judge and demand to be let in on the case because this is exactly his kind of moral high-ground grand-standing case in which the rights of the general public are being violated by both the state and a judge.
Suddenly this entire topic has gotten 1000% more interesting and if the judge and state do not fold and release the footage I fully expect this to be picked up by the media eventually because of what this collusion represents.

Was there ever any resolution on what these two blemishes are supposed to be? I remember some speculation that they might be bruises from hitting himself or from a new fight with Kayla back when they first appeared almost two weeks ago, but they're still around today when bruises should have healed faster and they're in the same two spots so they wouldn't be from a new fight. Do AIDS lesions last this long?
