I bet these are pics taken by cops, but he's being technical nicky. They could be pics from the CPS agent that would visit to see if they're making progress on cleaning the place up weeks/months after the arrest.

Given that he said the cat is an outdoor cat I'm surprised that it would just calmly sit there while a stranger walks around photographing the place.
Obv cats dispositions vary wildly but if this was during the raid I find it incredulous that the cat would just plunk down in the middle of the "play room" while a bunch of cops walk around moving things and searching through the place.
My money's on this not being the same day as the raid, would also stake that these were taken by a family member since it animal seems relaxed.
