I have a question. If part of the plea agreement was the suppression of the bodycam footage, then wouldn't that explain the sudden heel turn by the courts and their rapid moves to bury the footage to uphold the plea agreement?

I wonder about this too. I can't say with any confidence either way. But I do think that if it were part of a tacit agreement, this paperwork done Friday would have happened much earlier. The paperwork seemed to happen in direct response to KWF people going to view the video, and imminent release of it. All of which gives me the impression that something has changed. A conversation has evolved, someone was convinced, something like that. Which makes me think it wasn't part of a plea agreement, but rather a new agreement, a new tacit agreement. You Nick don't want the video out, and neither do we, for X reason. Why, I can only guess.

Null touched on it roughly that they were asked if there was anything else to the plea deal. IF they wanted the bodycam off of it they had to enter it in or speak to the judge privately and OTR it but they didn't do that either.
