Until the sheets are bloody, perhaps?
There are many studies regarding meth and hypersexuality. There's even an entire porn genre of women/men who do sexual stuff for access to drugs. It's all over the place.

Perhaps at higher doses, but porn-seeking behavior as well as hypersexual behavior is common in people who are prescribed for ADHD that they actually have and take it at a medical (or slightly higher) dose. It's important to remember that adderall has a different effect on people who actually have ADHD then it does on people who don't. Also, people with ADHD already have an issue with stimulation seeking and the adderall just jacks that up to 11, add that to the fact that adderall makes it really hard to cum, and really easy to stay hard for a long time, and you got a recipe for gooning.

Meth works a bit differently and does induce this behavior in basically everyone.
This isn't totally true. People with actual hardcore ADHD as an adult that isn't the "I can't finish my work and focus" are prone to addiction, drug abuse, poor impulse control and other things. There probably are people with some form of ADHD that these medications are helpful for but for many other people since it releases so much dopamine they just end up abusing it even if they actually have ADHD.

Adderall is a very touchy medication when it comes to dosage and other things. Having ADHD or not I don't think has any real bearing on how it works on people - it floods your brain with dopamine and at certain doses induces euphoria. If you have "real ADHD" or not euphoria is the high that people chase (or just abuse it to hyperfocus on shit)

When I was abusing it I would give the bottle to a friend in an effort to not take it all and even got to the point where I considered spending like a thousand dollars on a locked pill automated pill dispenser, something like this (which would basically mean I would only get one dose per day):

The whole thing of "oh if you have actual ADHD then it works differently" isn't really grounded in reality and ADHD diagnoses are fucking trivial to get - if you actually have hardcore ADHD then pills that are basically amphetamines will likely get abused like fuck and you'll end up shaking like Adolf Hitler:

There's really a vast misunderstanding of hardcore ADHD that TikTok and the internet have proliferated. People with hardcore ADHD have extremely poor impulse control and are constantly agitated (generally speaking - there are different types of ADHD). It's also the case that ADHD overlaps significantly with autism and aspergers and some other diagnoses.

If you look at Nick's behavior its likely he has hardcore ADHD given how much he abuses drugs and chases highs constantly. To add to that alcohol floods the brain with dopamine and that's part of the reason for the "Ballmer Peak": https://xkcd.com/323/

I don't know the story behind this because I don't follow the pedophile in any way, but I gather from context that Vito had this idea before and is acting upset because he didn't capitalize on it. That's the joke, which is fine. If I knew or liked Vito it might be worth a smirk, maybe even a sharp exhale through the nose. Here's Rekieta's reaction:

Growing up, I heard the quote "Small things amuse small minds." Rekieta seems to have damaged his brain to the point that he is indistinguishable from Lil Kev:

Yeah, I oversimplified in my explanation simply to point out a phenomenon that does occur. Personality is the main determining factor in this shit, but I disagree with you that having ADHD or not affects how it works, people with ADHD report calming effects from adderall, people without ADHD report stimulating effects, this is a well observed difference. People with ADHD only start to report stimulating effects at doses higher than medical.

ADHD is one of the most over-diagnosed things in the fucking world, but there is a real, observable, physical structural difference, in the brains of people that have ADHD, to be simple about it, their brain's connection to their frontal lobe is simply weaker, which leads to an inability to plan for the future, a highly reduced dopamine response to delayed gratification, etc.

But yeah, people with ADHD can also abuse adderall and get high off of it, and people without ADHD can do the same, and there's plenty of overlap between these people with hypersexuality, it's just that the correlation is stronger towards one than the other.

This is weird, every account I’ve seen said adderall kills all sex drive and men couldn’t get hard until it wore off
It suck everything out of except focus on tasks and the mundaneness... Creativity gone.. Passion gone... In some cases anger coming off of it at the end of the day.. You like to play games? Not on adderall... How about hobbies? Not on adderall.. File paper work focus on school tasks or work adderall got you covered.... NEVER cross with mountain dew or coffee..... Or you come across as a crazy person.

Reading the body cam transcript and hearing about the theories of a cover up in small town Minnesota does make the whole Racket Saga feel like the first half of a True Crime documentary or podcast.

Hopefully it won't come to that and Balldo just goes to prison or dies of an overdose before he seriously hurts anybody (or you know, fixes himself, but what are the odds of that?).

"If you want to find out what a man is to the bottom, give him power. Any man can stand adversity — only a great man can stand prosperity." - Robert Ingersoll
I remember I saw an interview with Alice Cooper, and in reference to Elvis, he said something to the effect, "If you give a man everything he wants, he'll find a way to kill himself"

One of my cousins bought some Adderall to try and study for some big test back when he was in college. He wound up getting hyperfocused, but unfortunately instead of focusing on his school work, he got real distracted by his messy dorm and spent hours cleaning it. And then he basically binge read the Assassin's Creed wiki.

He failed.

@neger psykolog I get posting about the side effects of these drugs but posting about your own twenty hour gooning experiences is a bit much.
I wrote about it because I obviously have experience in the matter and I also think its something that isn't spoken about enough - I really think a large proportion of people who get prescribed adderall end up abusing it and falling into a vicious trap. There probably are people for who it works fine.

TLDR: I share/write about the experience because its not only relevant to Nick but also to warn anyone reading here that adderall is a serious drug and my experience with it will hopefully be a large caution sign for anyone who has ADHD and is considering using it. If people don't want to write honestly about that medication and the risks it has cool, but I think there is value in talking about it openly. There really are a not insignificant number of people who get trapped with it and abuse the fuck out of it and can't find a way out of it.

Nick is also just old enough he could try to choose Gen X as his cohort, but he is actually a Millennial. 1980 is the last birth year for Gen X, Rackets was born in December of 1981, putting him a handful of years on the millennial side of the equation,
That explains a lot actually.

Celeste wasn't an only child, right? That would mean interest in the trust fund would be split multiple ways. There would be competing interests who might not want to squander the family inheritance on a bad seed. I wonder if the desire to keep the bodycam from coming out is based on Celeste wanting to keep her siblings in the dark on how badly her son is behaving while enabled with family money. And given her pill bottle on her druggie son's refrigerator next to all the drugs, I wonder if the body cams might provide her siblings with enough justification to audit her and her family, and perhaps adjust their access.

Apparently that's possible but rare.

The piles of cash. I'm a little shocked that the police dropped the possibility of distribution quickly, but without any known buyers, they wouldn't have much of a case. The case developed as a posession/child neglect case, not a trafficking case, so they didn't come into the situation expecting to bust a dealer, just a loser junkie. If they had been talking to people who had bought from him and working up the chain to Nick, their approach would have been likely different.
They got Kyle from PKA on distribution of weed, because he wore cargo shorts with a lot of pockets. The idea was that it made it easier to hide it in public spaces to sell. Usually cops do shit like that to make the smaller charges stick but they didn't even try, even with such a strong case.

Its an unpopular opinion but I think they did a lot of dumb shit because you literally cannot be a cop if you are too smart. One of the only jobs the courts allow open discrimination in hiring practices.

You could say you had problems without talking about twenty hour gooning sessions.

Earlier in the thread you talked about how you didn't see how someone could be "powerless" to stop from drinking, yet you gooned for twenty hours and almost bought a pill robot cause you couldn't be trusted that would have cost hundreds of dollars.

You do whatever you want, it is just fucking weird to talk about gooning and how the orgasms were amazing.

That's kind of the point - to be able to admit fault and see when something is a destructive influence on your life. Whether its alcohol, adderall, bad friends, a bad job or just general imbalance in life.
Alcoholism is just as much of a trap as adderall can be - it can take over your life and if you can see and understand its causing problems have the efficacy/agency to say "holy shit this is ruining my life, but I have the power to stop it"

I remember I saw an interview with Alice Cooper, and in reference to Elvis, he said something to the effect, "If you give a man everything he wants, he'll find a way to kill himself"
Tbf, Alice Cooper was an extreme alcoholic whi found Jesus and became sober, he would know first hand how destructive addiction can be

Nick is fucking amazing and hits that threshold with me because it’s perfectly fucking clear that he’s alienating EVERYONE except for a few bad faith grifters like mapton, and he still has not had the lucid moment where it occurs to him that his shit isn’t working.

It’s amazing and terrifying how profoundly disordered Nick is. It doesn’t matter to me if the root cause is affluenza or a bad turn of a gene, the result is the same. He continually exceeds our expectations for the maximum level of stupid a breathing human being ought to be capable of, and so I am comfortable calling that a disorder
I think Nick might realize (some) of his mistakes in moments of lucidity, he's just too proud to admit it. The reason he doesn't unfuck himself is because he has the "okay, things have gone to shit, but I can fix this" mentality due to a combination of personal pride and drug mania. This is an example of what I think his thought process might look like:

-"Okay, that cuck relationship with Aaron was a bad idea and he's ratted to the Kino Casino. How can I fix this? Wait, I have access to his email, and I can also make him look bad!"
-"Okay, a lot of people are still siding with Aaron and I've lost a lot of viewers, and the email thing might get me into hot water. I need an ally at a time like this. How can I fix this? I can use my relationship with Masterson for more clout, and a start a "dabbleverse" where we shit on Aaron as a lolcow, therefore getting me my views AND discrediting Aaron!"
-"Okay, the dabbleverse guys are treating me like a pet retard, and they're all a bunch of losers too, which makes me look bad. How can I fix this? I'll just ride it out, do law reviews, try to be the top dog, then put this all behind me once I have my popularity back."
[Disclaimer, the above is not 100% accurate to Rekieta lore, but I think it gets my point across]

Without giving TMI, I've had a similar mentality at some point in my life. The mix of desperation and pride creates a head space where you think you can find a way out and back to normalcy without taking a hit, but really you just end up digging your hole even deeper. It's a constant swing between panic, desperation and hope.
Of course, without lying him down on a therapist couch (preferably with a lie detector attached to him) we can't know his exact thought process, what he's self-aware of and unable to fix, and what he's not-so-blissfully unaware of.

Oh and he's definetly NPD too, the DSM describes his behavior very well

He was diagnosed with ODD and 50% of children diagnosed with ODD have ADHD.

From personal experience being diagnosed with ODD as a kid basically guarantees you can get diagnosed with ADHD no questions asked.

and he had even fewer, if any, that could match him intellectually.
This is the one part of your post I respectfully disagree with. Nick isn't anywhere near as smart as he thinks he is.
His interactions with police on the day of his arrest prove this (i.e. the fact that he interacted with them at all).
The fact that he didn't study engineering "cuz math is hard" also prove this.
Nick's not a dribbling retard (yet), he's something even worse. A midwit.

The legal community is a pack of blue bloods who believe everyone else is beneath them (no offense @AnOminous). They rely on high-falutin' credentials and jargon to put themselves on a pedestal above the laymen.

The law is hard for the everyman to understand, and that's just the way they like it. Nick is not alone in his belief that he can pilpul his way out of anything by saying the magic words; he's just lulzily bad at it.
Any linguist worth their salt will tell you that most concepts in law aren't super complicated, it's that lawyers suck at writing, and it's intentional.
When you consider Nick's penchant for annoying semantic quibbling, it really isn't a surprise he has a law degree.

Lastly, they are also legally required to maintain this data for the duration of Nick’s probation, in case of any violation. This ensures due process and preserves his ability to challenge the conviction or defend against alleged violations. Deleting it now would amount to spoliation of evidence.
This part finally gives me hope that the county won't just delete the footage and eat whatever fine comes their way.

Is Nick actually @'groking the AI?
An AI that is known to hallucinate and lie constantly?
Yes. When "groking" Null, he finally got an answer, but it declined him twice and then later gave the wrong answer for Kurt's age. (Friday's stream.)

So we know if the sheriff or the DA attend the same church Kayla/the kids do?
I have a fairly good handle on who attends Evangelical Covenant Church of New London, Nick and Kayla's ORIGINAL church that the kids seem to still attend with their grandparents.

It's a fairly small and humble church. I've never seen Sheriff Eric Tollefson or Kristen Pierce mentioned or featured in the many bulletins and pics.

Pomplun attends the same church, but a different service, per Nick.
Correct, and I believe this new church that Nick and Kayla (not the kids, apparently) attend is Open Door Christian Church, which is something of a local mega-church. This church is very private about its parishioners' names. Via Pomplun's wife (or sister), I loosely put together that Quin Pomplun attends this church. Interestingly, this church supports and features an extensive drug rehab program.

I don't really think this is an appropriate subject to go "tee hee, guess what I know" about. If his source claims to be an eyewitness, who has this person reported it to?
Neither do I, but Meme Copium (who is otherwise doing excellent work) is dripping out information about a violent domestic incident that we assume he heard from Drex. Naturally, people will speculate. This is particularly relevant considering Nick's behavior towards Keanu. If she had been in the same room as Nick, I'm sure he would have hit her. I think we could all see that.

Not sure why birth dates are missing on this view. Something to look into.
They appear to be alive. Also, Nick recently said on stream that if he relocated to TX he would go back to Tyler, and he referenced his uncles.

Adderall is a really strange drug
people with ADHD report calming effects from adderall, people without ADHD report stimulating effects
All I can say is that Nick has been taking his Adderall in the morning on streams. He's been very open about this fact. He tends to start the streams acting very groggy, takes his meds around 30-60 minutes later, and then revs up about an hour after that.

I am not a doctor, but he's always seemed to have signs of ADHD to me.

Interestingly, this church supports and features an extensive drug rehab program.
That doesn't seem normal.
This lends weight to all of the stuff that Sean, Meme, and Legal Mindset were saying on Meme's last stream about Kandiyohi county being a drug-filled junkie shithole. And to the notion that the county officials would want to conceal things (like Nick's bodycam footage) which reinforce this reputation about the area.

I've seen people who've literally straight up committed for us degree murder get. the book thrown at them more than this low IQ drug addict Minnesota lawyer
I genuinely wonder if Nick has connections in the local government, because there's a witch connected father.
Speech-to-text is a cruel mistress.

Considering he has accused the cops of planting evidence, having no cause and spiking his daughter with coke you would think the cops would like to see the evidence clearing them of such accusations made public.
