Nick reneges on his previous statement that the transcripts are accurate, giving the excuse that he was "referring to April's words, which is further up the tweet chain."
This seems to be a poor excuse, as he replied directly to someone asking for its accuracy.
Has he now only just realised the apocalyptically bad optics of co-signing bodycam descriptions that include cocaine testing positive on pillows and old bottles of alcohol mixed with childrens' toys?
How the fuck does that work? How could the reporters accurately state what happened between Nick and April at the moment they were put in cop cars without having seen the body-cam footage. No, he read that part of the report, it got his dick hard (which as he's admitted, is difficult to accomplish), and so he rushed to X to confirm it. Then he read the rest of the report, realized how terrible, even in writing, it makes him work and is desperately trying to renege.
I cannot state how great it was that Josh was able to get people out to report and take notes on this, because it turned Total Balldo Victory into a complete stalemate. I doubt we'll get the bodycam footage if Kandy-Yoshi county was willing to go that far to get it removed that quickly. But by having reporters publish their accounts of the footage, it puts Nick in a perpetually defense position. If he tries to deny the reports, then the burden of proof falls on him to show the bodycam footage, which he won't, which means that people will take those reports at face value. So he's completely stuck.
That said, with the reports of the bodycam, Nick is starting to dry up. It's the same shit every day. He comes on stream tired, dirty, and usually late, huffs whippits off camera, calls Null a shotacon pedophile, claims Kurt has a micropeen and is a pedophile, calls Sean fat, and talks about Aaron ATE HIS GOO. He shouldn't be trusted or talked to, because he obsessed with using weaselly half-truths. When those don't work , then he'll just outright lie. I think he should be continually monitored, because I think he will for sure fuck up again, and one day, there will be more content again. But for now, he's a dried up cow.
