Checked some rules/laws on this in Minnesota and they can do this if they want to. (and they have increased amounts of hair follicle tests on people in probation since 2019 state wide)

That’s not a great theory because kids will be censored out anyway. So it’s not even an issue. Pretty sure the sheriff has to know that.
 
The sheriff is waiting until Monday to "comply with the court order" because they are deleting or rendering the footage unusable and illegible over the weekend. 100% guaranteed that footage is already gone. On Monday the sheriff is just going to make some shit up and delay again, and just keep delaying and making shit up. Network errors, hard drive errors, paperwork errors, whatever it takes.
