This is more of a question for the attorneys but do the other judges weighing in that the bodycam should be released help put weight/support in your motion/suit? I mean optics wise it just looks bad on the legal system in kandiyohi county if other judges ordered the sheriff to release the bodycam and then the judge in charge of the trial at the request of the prosecutor seals evidence. Just lends more credence this is a screw job in kandiyohi county

Nick should be elated right now

The bodycam footage that he's been dreading for a year has been at least delayed, if not permanently sealed, but he isn't gloating or celebrating. He's raging on twitter at 1 am at his former friend because he confirmed the validity of the accounts of people that saw the footage.

Greatest lolcow of all time.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong- didn't null PAY for this footage, and they didn't refund him? Or at least not fully? He didn't pay for a write out, or pdfs, he PAID for FOOTAGE. So wouldn't this be theft and obstruction of theft or something?
It wasn't an insignificant amount of money either, like 3 to 6k?

I really doubt that. A person who wants to not look back doesn't move into a tiny crack shack maybe 15-20 minutes away from what she is supposedly walking away from in a part of the state she has no particular ties to except for ties to Nick.

If she was walking away from it, she would have left the area. But she didn't.
