Is this under the county/Minnesota procedure, or a general rule?White made a filing and offered them to support his motion...which makes them exhibits.

I hope I share a room with you in the nursing home for this meme.In A.D. 2025
War was beginning.
Honestly I think Josh's speculation on stream that the Prosecutor made some under the table deal with Nick to keep the bodycam footage hidden in exchange for his plea is the most likely. It's the only plausible hypothesis I've heard so far that actually explains everything nicely. Why the fuck is the county obsessed with concealing shit that actually apparently would make them look good and dispel all of the lies of this coke-addled faggot Nick Rekieta?
Maybe it’s a good thing they got Floyd’ed. They sound like they were asking to get fucked.Minnesota is one of the last holdouts against cameras in the courtroom. The bench and bar have been opposed to it for a long time and it is deep in the legal culture.
Generally. When I file a document and the exhibits with it, it's now part of the record even if I withdraw it later or the judge calls me a retard at a later hearing. Is this under the county/Minnesota procedure, or a general rule?
Thanks, and on your recommendation I just watched/listened to it closely. Sure, he does assert that those things were entered into the record [by admin staff, bc the Court didn't state that, which he acknowledges and also acknowledges the "I'll remove it" discussion], and he says that you shouldn't/ he would argue that you shouldn't be able to do that (remove anything on the record from the record). But I didn't hear a discussion of admin error or when/ how the items were made a part of the publicly available record. His premise appears to be that referencing them in the motion = on the record. But that's the crux of the issue. So it is a personal opinion, not a legal one.I actually feel bad for Florida in one respect: One of the reasons they get called retarded so often ("Florida man" jokes) is they have excellent public records laws. It's really not that they are more retarded than any other state. It's just easier to see their retardation.
Okay. Did you watch Sean's evening show the other day (the one he did 90 minutes after Karen Read)? If not, I recommend you do so. He goes over why he thinks the Prosecutor and White (and I guess technically the judge now, after today) are wrong and why the two bodycams were properly presented/introduced/whatever into evidence and the court record (he uses both terms), so as to qualify them as public record.
It's in the second segment, at about the 31 minute mark.

Is the cat's name Marsey perchance?
Would you, in your expert opinion, say that this unprecedented and bizarre action by the court in Nick's case has the potential to be studied as a legal oddity, attracting the attention of people who otherwise would never have cared about it?Generally. When I file a document and the exhibits with it, it's now part of the record even if I withdraw it later or the judge calls me a retard at a later hearing.
Nick didn't clean it up. His parents did. There is no fucky wucky too big or small for them to sweep up when it comes to their little retard.
Bad parents spoil their kids. Good parents spoil their grandkids. My understanding is that Nick's parents cleaned the house for him after the arrest.
[gay lisping fag voice]I never said that.[/gay lisping fag voice]You'll never guess what this predictable faggot responded with...
He's such a faggot he really can't accept he said something and was full of shit.[gay lisping fag voice]I never said that.[/gay lisping fag voice]
Every. Fucking. Time.
It lasts even less long if you smoke crack or freebase or, the most degenerate form of addiction, actually injecting it (a literally insane form of abuse where you die really soon like Chris Farley or John Belushi combining it with heroin).Sorry, I'm not a degenerate drug addict, everything I know about coke comes from movies and TV. I didn't learn that the effects only last for like 15-30 min until I was out of college.
How long do we trust the plan, Sean??Generally. When I file a document and the exhibits with it, it's now part of the record even if I withdraw it later or the judge calls me a retard at a later hearing.
Nick posted cat pics earlier today because he thinks it'll stop us from wanting the bodycam footageI'm like 30 pages behind so clock me accordingly, but for those wondering about the cat, he was spotted in October of last year by none other than April. She desaturated the photo (maybe so nobody would recognize Nick's cat?) but he's definitely orange, note the classic orange cat nose freckles.

What's with you and fat actors?like Chris Farley or John Belushi combining it with heroin).
Sure, it's more just a question if the people acting like lolcows over a lolcow can recognize what they're doing.Ignore it. Have you never learned that lesson from a lolcow?
Cry about it nigger.Stop being a faggot and shitting up the thread because you posted without knowing what you were talking about. Take it to DMs if you're pissed because to be honest I'm sick of reading your posts.
Thank you for posting this! Very informative. GPT can be kind of wishy-washy but I recall there were larger scale posts on this in the past as well.Hola angerinos
For discussion of the scientific side of cocaine metabolites and their intersection with implied scenarios of how the heckaroo they got in a kids’ hair, I made this handy post
