Apparently the museum has a habit of doing outreach in niche communities and hobbies, which makes me think they're not that naive on what furries are and their proclivities...

The USS Massachusetts and probably many other battleship museums welcome hotel parties to overnight in berths on the ship if they don't drink or use drugs, but nobody said anything about a changing table for adults
 
IIRC, the United States Government does not financially support any of their aircraft carriers that get turned into museums, explicitly including the one which hosted this convention (the USS Hornet). One of the ways in which they make money to maintain operations of their museum and maintenance of their boat (which is extremely expensive, remember it's an 80 year old aircraft carrier) is via renting it out to event venues for several thousands of dollars.

Them accepting diaperfurs shitting on their floors reeks of actual desperation, and I think it is a travesty that our Government is forcing the boat that literally caught the Moon astronauts to accept pittance rentals from diaperfurs.

There was a point where, in the midst of potential nuclear Armageddon, the best and brightest of humanity literally reached for the stars, half fearful of total extinction, and half hopeful for a future where humanity would stand united throughout the galaxy. And they proved it was doable with unprecedented historical achievements and feats of engineering found only in old fables back then. Not only has this endeavor been cut from any sort of significant funding for decades, but we are now lettting diaper-shitting, animal-fucking degens go apeshit around technology that we have no choice but to re-discover.

The dream of us becoming a space-faring civilization is dead. Fags metaphorically pozzed humanity, and it's now experiencing terminal decay.
