>Nick can be heard outside yelling, “Get out of my house!” He says something about probable cause and a search warrant.

>He sounds indignant.

Did he have the same energy with the police that he had with little Keanu?

I had a thought, aside from some grand zoospricy could something like the bodycam be put away as part of a plea deal to get the nick to rat on his dealer? Considering the amount he had, he wasn't getting it from a rinkydink corner dealer so him snaking would be worth it to the court and police?

I don't really think it is the case, but it would explain the actions of the sheriff and the court going so far to protect him for no reason.

Null just dropped on stream that, according to local rumors, allegedly:
  1. Nick has some sort of do not trespass from HHS in the county for being a lunatic and yelling at them in the office.
  2. Nick has been physically violent to Kayla and the oldest son, and that was part of the potential divorce last year.

I am wondering if either of these, specifically the physical abuse rumor, is what Gabe Hoffman is teasing.

Candy Yoshi doesn't want the publicity plain in simple, it's a small community and they don't want to be known as Balldo's Drug den, even though it's a balldo drug den.

I hope dear feeder Joosh is prepared to have lawyer fees up the ass if he wants to win this.

Allegedly you're a faggot carrying water for a LOOSER by making shit up to sound cool, allegedly

I was confused about this, so I looked it up.

The entirety of bodycam footage recorded at the time of Nick's arrest and the bodycam footage that Nick's lawyer uploaded into evidence to support his motion to dismiss are not the same thing. Ten officers were involved in the arrest; only two bodycam recordings (Pomplun's and Braness') were made available to the court. These two files are the ones being fought over.

Another small point: one of the retarded double-names Rekieta's kids were saddled with has Cecilia in it (or, as the CHIPS hearing document spelled it, "Cecial"), which explains cops thinking that the pills bottle found near coke and coke accessories belonged to her instead of Rekieta's mom.

My guess behind their reasoning is something along the lines of, "This is a family that is trying to recover from a trying time. Kayla is (legally) innocent and she is on the footage. There are also five kids and this will hurt the Rekieta family's chance at becoming a part of the community again."

They think they're being merciful.
or maybe Celeste doesn't want to answer why her addict son was in possession of her prescription drugs.

The most likely (and boring) angle here is that the County and Rackets are conspiring. Not to protect Nick, but to protect the keeeedz. Their interests align.

Nick wants to protect the kids (himself, obviously) from further ridicule. The police department and local government (regular people) probably feel terrible about the kids.

That town has a population of ~1000 people. Everyone knows everyone, and with the footage in wider circulation, other kids would find it. Their kids probably know each other. Little Shaniqua Rekeita would be mercilessly ridiculed by her peers for the squalor they live in.

IMO I do not see any good reason for the sheriff to tell the judge to kick rocks if it wasn’t because of something like this. I don’t think anyone believes the town wants to protect Nick, but it seems very reasonable to want to protect the innocent kids.
You also have to remember that Drug Abuse is seen as a disease that needs to be treated, and even first time possession charges are treated the same way. Which is why the sentencing guidelines generally don't put first time offenders behind bars, even if you go to trial.

It's likely that the County feels like it has to "treat" Nick instead of punish him. So amending the record to remove the bodycam footage is more sympathetic towards rehabilitation, instead of being retribution for his shitty acts.

So, swinging stuff. Trying to work out a timeline.

We now have YellowFlash dropping in that Nick mentioned he and Kayla had swung with a random couple in the past. This would’ve been a while ago, because Nick told him this during the the Vic stuff. Nick begins soliciting his Locals for nudes, hiding behind Kayla as an excuse by having her post underwear pics (which I don’t doubt she actually wanted to do, by the way, she would’ve loved the validation). When he lusted for Mandy on stream so much that he had to apologise publicly to Kayla for it, he also used her as a shield by saying it was her that’d compliment Mandy in person. During this time (or before?) Nick gets caught trying to fuck Faren, and says it was Kayla’s idea to open the relationship. Sometime after that, the Imholtes enter the picture, and it’s all OK because Kayla is fucking someone else too… until she’s not, and suddenly Nick has a wife and live-in crackwhore aka April.

Am I missing anything?

Nick was potentially trying to fuck gothic sushi as far back as 2019

Nick was always a drug abusing cheater degenerate, the drugs just removed his ability to hide it

I find this to be likely answers.
As Ezekiel said, "The child will not share the guilt of the parent."

According to the Association of Religion Data Archives, as of 2020, more than 67.5% of the Kandiyohi County population identified with a religious group, the vast majority belonging to a Christian denomination.
It is reasonable (for the powers that be in the county) to believe the judicially political consensus is that, even if Nick Rekieta is a raging faggot, do the children deserve exposure? Is it spiritually wrong for them to (potentially) suffer further?
Now, I don't believe that theory, and Nick's family is better served by crystal clear transparency of everyone's actions during the arrest.
But we must use that most illusive of skills called "theory of mind" to establish why Judge Wentzel is so eager to approve the withdrawal of evidence.

>A female cop (holding a big gun) says Kayla refuses to speak without her attorney present.Kayla and the kids are still sitting on the ground against the house (behind the cop). Kayla issitting with her head on her oldest daughter’s shoulder.

<Kayla refuses to speak without her attorney present

She had more sense than her dumbass lawyer of a husband.

Which is ironic because not releasing it just makes it a bigger spectacle

Null’s take is probably on the money - it’s likely that Rekieta’s number one priority* with the judge and prosecutor during negotiations (and remember there were a few of them, behind closed doors) was to prevent the bodycam footage coming out. So he offered to plead on that basis.
Whether it’s legal or ethical or not to grant that as part of a deal might get explored further.

* I realize his lawyer uploaded the thing to use as evidence but it must have very quickly become clear he didn’t have a leg to stand on and the only remaining course of action was damage limitation.

“So we still doing this? You watch my kid, I watch yours?”
He admitted his favorite daughter was in bed with him, Ayy-ayy-ron, and his two coke pigs "sleeping" because she had "nightmares". Make of that what you will.
By the end of this saga it will turn out he molested his daugthers isnt it? :suffering:
I don't believe that's the case here. I am very determined to not believe thats the case here. I dont want it to be the case here.

Children faced with sexual victimization do try to make themselves smelly, gross, and unappealing to reduce interest in them. However when you live in a crackeitta shackeitta, that kind of thing is just par for the course and kids don't need to try to make themselves unpleasant to the hungry eyes of adults, it can just be neglect. (God I hope its just neglect)

I really do think the adults only had eyes for eachother, but the crew nick runs with now is not going to help that narrative if people start attempting to draw water from this well.

I don't have kids so I will need input from childed kiwis, whats the dynamic around the favourite child often rocking up to his room while he streams? How normal is that kind of thing in the middle of the night for a child with mental health issues?
Probably just the most animated parent when that parent is most awake and least likely to lash out or shutdown (with an audience), now is the moment for some quick facetime right?
