I think Nick is literally and genuinely fatphobic. It's always a first go-to dig at people even if they aren't fat. Nick seems to consider even a normal and healthy body weight to be "fat" in his eyes. At the height of his addiction, when he was basically a skeleton, he felt he was at an ideal body weight. We can also look back at streams where he talks about what he ate. Outside of the calories from alcohol he was probably eating less than 800 calories of actual real food a day, and he was okay with that, and thought it was a healthy meal plan. When he talks about what he finds physically attractive about women, the very first thing he talks about is how skinny he likes them. I truly think Nick, if he is in the presence of a "fat" person (again, his definition of fat is VERY loose), it probably uncomfortable for him to be around them.

He likes Melton and Melton is fat and disgusting but I don't think that rules out an ED. He's always fine with having a fat male friend because he can feel superior to them. If him and Melton ever do get into it than that will be the first thing he goes to.

So it worked like this. I contacted Katie to schedule a time for seeing the evidence. I could not make the first date, but the second date I could. the issue with the second date is that I was told that I could view the evidence but I would not be able to rewind or pause it. I still agreed to come and view the evidence and take off the cuff notes because we needed notes on the second video. I only went once but everyone was very kind and the process was easy. Katie was professional with me. They must have known I was coming because the guard at the front at the metal detector knew what I was there for. She set me up in a room while streaming the footage on a screen but I could not interact with it any way. She had to run and do other things. At the final 20 minutes mark, the stream crashed and I had to leave because they were on a tight schedule. I discussed coming back to finish with Katie and she kept her word and sent emails on the new date. I only got the email this morning saying that I could no longer come back and view the footage.

I guess one way to handle this would seem to be to have the people who saw the footage swear an affidavit regarding their summaries being a true and honest evaluation of the footage they saw. If Nick continued to say that the summaries are false, he would open himself up to a potential civil suit for defamation. Any declaration by him after the sworn affidavits are made available to the public at large would be tantamount to saying that the individuals that swore the affidavit did so under false pretense, and I can't see why that wouldn't be actionable in a civil proceeding. Then the footage could be entered into evidence to demonstrate that Nick knowingly defamed the individuals in question despite knowing that the summaries they provided were true and honest and the sworn affidavit was not done under false pretense.

We all know that Nick can't keep his mouth shut if his life depended upon it, and if he couldn't, he could be made to back up his mouth in a court of law. If Nick intentionally stopped saying anything about the summaries after the affidavits were made available to the public at large it would be obvious that he was intentionally avoiding talking about them because to maintain his narrative he would have to continue to say the summaries are false, which would open him up to civil liability. It would essentially act as defacto verification that he knew he was lying, because if he wasn't lying, he would obviously continue to say the same thing.

Further, if he didn't release the footage at that point the question would be, if these people are making a sworn affidavit that their summaries are true and accurate evaluations of the footage, and the footage showed otherwise, why wouldn't he release it? The obvious answer is that the footage would verify everything that was in the summaries. There could be no other reason since anyone in their right mind would want to clear their "good name" if they could, but we all know it is because he absolutely can't.

Remember his hedonism diatribe? His main reason and main defense for wanting to do the nude party stuff was because it helped him realise nobody cares what you’ve got going on body-wise. He said he saw really unattractive people, fat, letting it all hang out without shame. This was really cool for him to experience and he reflects upon it as a great experience. Which is funny, because he didn’t actually become a better or more understanding person from this, it just made him feel better about himself.
