It's pretty obvious that the real reason they pulled the bodycam footage is because Rekieta called them up and said that Josh was a boy-hungry pedophile who wanted to jerk off to video of his kids, and runs a gossip website full of harassers who want to fuck with him. It's exactly what he's been saying on Xitter.
Mix those accusations with the larger-than-normal showings at the hearings, the hubub around the trial and evidence, as well as the leaks from MNPublicRecords, and they probably decided to just believe it and pull the bodycam.

If his phone calls to the district were ever leaked, I have no doubt Josh would have a stronger case for defamation than even Montegraph.

He’s a pedophile now?
Why the hell did his kid test positive for blow? Why did his 'favorite' start pissing the bed all of a sudden as an older child? My gut tells me Nick, somebody in and out of the house, or one of his dealers did something. Would Nick trade access to his kids for blow, molly or whatever the hell else he was snorting or shooting up his arms and into his teste sack. I wouldn't put it passed him after everything we've learned.
Positive Polly take: this is clearly stressing Rackets out. Bigly. The incoming notes will allow us to speculate. These extreme measures prove that the video only confirms what we can infer from the notes. Null has two pro-boners and is well-oiled for the long haul. Rackets has probation, Montagraph, and this to contend with. Worst case scenario the hubris is followed by some epic crashouts as Rackets fights to the bitter end. Even if it isn't the preferred form I see a bountiful harvest ahead.
maybe that's what he was shitting a brick about and made him flake on that stream?
Can't, Federal laws require to keep records of all bodycams, recordings and etc for DOJ up to 10 years.
Yeah, but I could see them pulling some shit like "Oh hurr-durr, windows update shitted the bed now the drive's kaput!" Government is corrupt as shit, but I'm sure I don't need to remind the thread.
"I ask you: Do you want total retard war?! Do you want it, if necessary, more total and sneedical than anything that we can yet today even conceive?!

Hail der Feeder!

This amounts to nothing more than a frustrating delay spurred by the usual processes in small towns. In my area, I've lost track of how often decisions are made on a whim or based on a judge's personal opinions within their fiefdom.
Usually, once it leaves the locality for a state or district court, sanity returns. You may get lucky once they realize you won't just fuck off.

This is great, the Nick saga gets to continue! I was worried the ride was finally gonna slow down when the footage came out. The fact we have written testimonies to deliberate over makes it even better

a clear constitutional violation
It's probably a slam dunk by the letter and spirit of the law but it seems like the government always affords itself tons of leeway to do what it wants because they scratch each other's back, while using the thinnest veneer of officially to back their blatant disregard for the actual law, is it a slam dunk in that it'll be fairly easy to have the threat of a higher authority than the incestuous wreath that is the county government make them release the footage vs just slapping a lame excuse and another of their ilk saying it's fine?

Not saying it won't be easy I'm actually wondering

The house is extremely filthy. The floors are completely covered in clothes & junk. In some areas, there’s no walkway at all. You actually have to walk on stuff to move through the space.
As Nick is being walked to the squad car, he tells the officer, “I hope you catch gonorrhea and die.”
All of this evidence is from the top of the “cuck fridge”/nightstand, which is covered in a bunch of miscellaneous junk like a Celsius can, a couple of candles, a spray bottle of something (maybe lube)
One of the officers picks up a bottle of pills and says (This is paraphrased from memory. I wasn’t able to hear what he said verbatim) something like, “I found one of the kid’s prescriptions right next to the cocaine. It has the name Celeste on it.”
Suffah, balldo. Also, there's a very relevant child whose name is not "Celeste" but does start with a "C" and does sound a bit like "Celeste" (if you only think of her first first name - the female kids all have two first names like white trash).

Just popped into Nick's stream and he's talking about how he prefes Nurgle (God of Filth and Decay) amongst all Warhammer Chaos Gods.

Imagine when you enroll on your masters in creative writing and the Prof. gets everybody around the old seminar table and starts to ask people about who the biggest influences were on their writing?

"For me, it's the classics. Homer, Cicero, Virgil and Aristotle. These are texts that have stood the test of time in terms of their relevance."

"I also stick with the classics, but what I mean are the canonical texts of literature. Shakespeare, Cervantes, Goethe, Dante, etc."

"I'm all about the modern classics. Fitzgerald. Nabokov. Orwell. Salinger."

"You useless shower of nerds. Somebody needs to stick you in a cupboard. Nobody gives a fuck about those old dead white men. Everybody knows that the greatest books ever written are by Abnett, McNeill and all the other great prose stylists who were responsible for the Warcraft 40,000 novels."

The process hasn't been stopped, only turned into a gruelling weeks/months long process for rackets, 2 pro bono lawyers, one of which has a personal reason to dislike nick, will be working tirelessly […]
If memory serves me correctly, Null filed a completely separate request with Kandiyohi, because Nick’s words basically have called into question the integrity of the LEO’s.
Things can be hilarious and genuine at the same time.

The fact that we’re gonna have a big snicker and giggle fest seeing his house being a mess and at the same time can get more assurance that he’s not been set up as he implied (which, if you’re gonna go for plea and deferrence, you’re gonna shut up about, like he did…) and know we can verify somewhat that yes, we can trust the police in Spicer, one does not disqualify another.

The laugh does not subtract from the importance, and vice versa.

The fact is, that if the above is correct, that this is an avenue that is independent from the bodycam being evidence in the criminal proceedings, or not.

Nick is right. His hand's arn't blue, they're cerulean.

How many of these officials have run opposed in the past? Apparently the Rekietas weren't funding the Sheriff last term, but what about the DA? Are judges elected in MN?

How much money would we need to set up a PAC? I'm thinking, Citizens for A Transparent and Open Kandiyohi - CATOK.

All these elected officials need to be run out of office, possibly tarred and feathered on the way out (metaphorically, unless it's still legal- IDK, MN has some dumb laws). The only thing these kind of small town Andy Griffiths respond to is getting removed from their cushy jobs, on the taxpayer's dime no less.

The current sheriff unseated the previous sheriff in the 2022 election. The county sheriff is usually a competitive position that people will seek.

The county attorney last ran unopposed. Judges and county attorneys are elected in Minnesota but generally most voters have no idea who they are and they often run unopposed. The county attorney can sometimes be an opposed election.
