Can't, Federal laws require to keep records of all bodycams, recordings and etc for DOJ up to 10 years.
 
So either:

1. The bodycam footage shows Nick is such a irredeemable deadbeat fuck up that a slap on the wrist makes the county look like shit.
2. Nick is correct as he claimed multiple times that the cops fucked up and improperly searched his property.

Either of these could he dispelled by producing the bodycam footage that was presented as evidence to the court, has been viewable at the court, and was ordered released by a judge.

The county has decided to refuse to follow through in releasing evidence and has gone even further to proclaim that it ISN'T evidence, so it no longer is viewable, which until literally this morning it was.

I look forward to a lawsuit to compel release of footage as instructed that makes the county look even worse. Fuck em.

Nick sweating it is just a bonus by this point, he's flaming out just fine and the public already knows he's a fuck up loser.

I want the county to suffer.

I kind of hope, if there isn't a law in the books about courts not being able to retroactively alter court proceedings, that this snowballs one into existence. Call it the Moonlight Code.
