That extends to Nick himself. Imagine if they signed off on it right after the GoFundMe money came in. It'd be old news and everything would be in the realm of, "Yeah I remember his house was really gross" and "Sure was funny when he threw that warrant on the ground". It would have been out of everyone's system and it's only legacy would be that people would add it to insults they use on him. PPP would have added, "HE'S A SLOB!" to the other things he screams about Rekieta.

I'm not playing it up for a joke but the way the county is trying everything to suppresses the release of the footage makes me think there's an actual conspiracy. I can't identify what benefits the sheriff and prosecutor get for working with Nick to conceal it besides not wanting to draw attention to their small town. Was there some kind of actionable misconduct on the sheriff's part? Or conduct by Nick so egregious the prosecution dropping other charges makes them look incredibly retarded. I don't know how the jail time Nick has in August works, if it's "he must report August 1rst unless told otherwise" or if it's the other way around but call me optimistic I really hope the judge decides to make sure his ass is in lockup for 30 days because of how asinine his behavior has been today let alone the last month since sentencing.

I have no idea why you are writing like that. In any case, whether or not he did in fact formally "present" (in the sense of the more common "offer") those recordings as evidence, a "no take-backs" rule for effectively withdrawn materials would be poor public policy and create a record cluttered with unnecessary and therefore irrelevant in terms of the case disposition items. That defeats the purpose of a record, which is a construct of material that is formally relied on for the outcome.

I have no idea who half of these people you speak of are. All I know is that the Dabbleverse's denizens should get a sledgehammer to the ankles like James Caan did in Misery.
