I hope the emergency is the impending release of the body cam footage. Although the arrest report transcript already spoils it, I want to see with my own two eyes that Nick Rekieta behaved worse during his arrest than Chris-Chan did.

Not only was he displaying significant tremors in his hands when trying to move the phone, he physically covered his eyes in a classic stress response.
