I was rooting for a tag-team Probation/CPS spot home inspection that Rekeita would most certainly fail, but no such luck. The bodycam footage of the cops wading through thousands of Whip-It canisters, kicking them out of the way in a crescendo of tinkling aluminum, would have been lit.
 
Another issue for farmers to track is the status of Baldo's drivers license. He currently still owes a current Balance as of 05/29/2025 May 29, 2025is $539.00 for Case Number: 73-VB-24-3399. This was an offense Date: April 6 2024 when he caught 4 charges. MN DPS could suspend his DL at anytime.

It is a core foundational belief of Minnesota that a drivers license never be revoked from a nigger. Yes, even the white ones.
 
A motion to extend all deadlines from the scheduling order by 120 days in Monty vs. Rekieta has been filed by Monty's new lawyer as of 10:27am this morning.

The motion states that Randazza agreed to the extension.

Probably not in general. however I could see an argument for them to do it in Nick's case for two reasons
1)Streaming is nominally Nick's job, and they are supposed to monitor his employment
2)They know Nick has form for getting absolutely shitfaced and tarding out on stream given the original cokestream was an integral part of getting him busted in the first place

In major metro areas the Parole/Probation Officers don't pay attention to much of anything unless it directly involves new violent crimes. Fucking up probation with non-violent stuff the first few times usually just results in it being increased (see BMJ for a recent example of that).

This is a smaller jurisdiction with less crime but probably as overworked staff as there will be fewer officers which would normally equal it out. But there's a couple of reasons why he's going to have more eyeballs on him.

1) Local celebrity so inherently more likely to be scrutinized.
2) Local nuisance. People dislike him, he pisses off attorneys, judges, clergy, and your random taxpayer. The willingness to engage in leniency is going to be lower because he is generally reviled.
3) He has a board on the farms. And the peanut gallery pays attention and I'm sure people are reporting every little fucking thing via a throwaway email and every video clip attached.

If he does not actually put forth effort into finishing this probation, all those eyeballs and a-logs are going to get the better of him.
 
Flipping on my earlier suggestion, Nick has only deleted VODs when it's significant or has a legal consideration i.e the Cokestream.

This is something he doesn't want analysed.

Aye, I doubt he actually considers himself a Christian anymore, but from what I've seen over the years, he's always been what I like to call a "social club christian": likes the aspects of community and belonging, despises being required to adhere to any rules that inconvenience him, doesn't actually believe in any sort of divinity, seeing the bible as "just good advice mixed in with weird stories" - basically an atheist larping as Christian for the social benefits.
