Yes. Exactly. That is exactly what I want to see. Me and all of my peers. Exactly that, please keep doing that!

The Linux Rust project
Rust trannies get the rope. I'm sick and fucking tired of projects that are just "X...but in RUST" because people think that every fucking piece of legacy software needs to be rewritten in rust because the original devs had memory leaks. Programming languages that abstract away the underlying mechanisms and low-level stuff have caused more damage than help by lowering the bar for letting pajeets get into software. That's a hill I'm willing to die on.

More info from CNN (forgive me):

Article/Archive

"The order halts Trump’s 30% tariffs on China, his 25% tariffs on some goods imported from Mexico and Canada, and the 10% universal tariffs on most goods coming into the United States. It does not, however, affect the 25% tariffs on autos, auto parts, steel or aluminum, which were subject to Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act – a different law than the one Trump cited for his broader trade actions."

How does it halt anything? Just keep collecting, what will the fags in robes do? I do not understand, it's so simple.

By not nipping this problem in the bud, legally speaking, the door is left wide open for the next administration to see every single fucking brown returned to American soil. All at once, too.

I love that so many people are openly talking about (and recommending) just fucking ignoring these idiot judges and carrying on anyway. It's entered the mainstream consciousness and I don't think these judges quite understand how dangerous that is. This is "jury nullification" on steroids, and judges already hate nullification. They should be scared shitless that the public at large is losing its willingness to respect and obey the courts.

All it takes for a district court to become utterly toothless is for its city/county police/sheriff departments to stop enforcing its orders. If these judges keep pissing everyone off like that, they're going to discover how far their gavels go when there's no guns backing them up.

"The next administration" doesn't explain anything. They could do that anyway.

What, exactly, will occur if Trump tells judges they can blow him and the agents enforcing the tariffs listen to him?

Nothing. They can issue more orders, but it's up to the executive branch (which they are currently fucking with using those very same orders) to enforce those orders. If they refuse, it's all just a lot of hot air.

All judges should be ignored; local, state, federal, international. It's more and more faggotry the higher you go, and they have no power unless somebody else gives it.

I keep asking, what are they gonna do if Trump simply ignores them? Cry and stamp their feet?
You should only have any power as a judge if you
1: Make gunpowder from scratch using nothing but urine and guano
2: Dance merrily while naked
3: Sit still in the middle of the desert naked for at least a full day and night
4: Have a journal full of random things you have destroyed
5: RAPE

Clarence Thomas can do most of these things. The others? Not so much.

I should also point out, court override or not, the tariffs have already had their intended effect -- pretty much every big player is begging for a seat at the negotiating table. I'm sure they understand Trump won't stop pursuing financial penalties for imbalanced trade arrangements just because of a court ruling.

That's exactly my point. What does Trump lose, exactly, if he makes an immediate post on Truth Social saying the judges are fags and can blow him?

Who would impeach?

been saying this for a little while now, there should be exactly 9 FEDERAL judges

rest should be called state judges and be immediately responsible to their states legislature as well as federal supervision and of course the people at the end of the day with ZERO power to make rulings that go beyond their own state borders

You would think they would at least wait until trade negotiations either conclude or fully stall to demand the US capitulate all trade leverage, but I guess it is too much to expect them to actually look out for the interests of the country.

Legitimacy. Every time these judges make a stupid ruling it burns their credibility. He's Trolling them to kill themselves. Remember he's the god of Trolling.
