if a police officer witnessed him physically abusing someone he would have been charged for it.I think the bodycam has an example of nick physically abusing someone
he wouldnt do that infront of the cops. that makes no sense.

My theory is that the body cam footage is so bad that it compelled Hardin to work for Monty just to take Nick downAlright i better spill this speculation now before i forget
I think the bodycam has an example of nick physically abusing someone, or there's supplementary content to be leaked alongside of (or at the discretion of Null prior) that shows him being physically abusive.
Which is honestly the only reason i can think of for several creators all being in the know of one particular bit of information, and needing to keep quiet.
Minnesota changed alimony and support calculations in 2024. Permanent support (alimony) is rebuttally presumptive only for marriages more than 20 years. If Kayla leaves Nick she will peg him with alimony and unlubed child support.

You don’t need to see the back of his hand connecting with a face to see proof that this stuff is happening.if a police officer witnessed him physically abusing someone he would have been charged for it.

Nothing Nick does makes any sense. He's a literal retard that's incriminated himself on multiple occasions. I think his manner of abuse is more manipulative and psychological, which is what he saw in himself when he covered Ron Toye.if a police officer witnessed him physically abusing someone he would have been charged for it.

It will start by Nick sinking deeper into darker and shittier parts of Discord looking for people to help him commit life ruination. At some point that will snap back on him, Kayla will hit a threshold and take the kids.Ueah, that's why i'm convinced he will dodge the coke bullet but not the real one pretty soon, people say narcissists don't commit suicide but that's until absolutely everything is gone... which it seems to be really soon. Question is if he will take down his whole family, try to kill Aaron with suicide by cop as end game? Or just doing the chicken shit way, Proper OD.
Between this and the barely legal porn stars, dude obviously has a kink for corruption. “Teaching” April molly, nitrous etc fits right in here.Nick probably got Kayla hooked on drugs so he could nudge her into a more degenerate lifestyle. I don't believe that Kayla initiated Nicks degeneracy. I think it was all Nicks doing and this might get much darker in the future.
This motherfucker taught other people’s children in the homeschool group. Holy. Fucking. Shit.
Nick detests people with discipline and self regulation. People with healthy living standards, routines, lifestyles disgust him. Its the different between actual successful people (like real lawyers and streamers) and Nick.Between this and the barely legal porn stars, dude obviously has a kink for corruption. “Teaching” April molly, nitrous etc fits right in here.

So this is both something that literally every lawyer is guilty of and a completely unique situation that only applies to Nick and has no precedent in the entire history of the law.1) All lawyers are guilty behind the scenes of drug possession in their private life. Its just totally normal and being a heavy drug user can't possibly be said to adversely affect the perception of his fitness as an attorney.
2) Nick could understand an ethics complaint based on an attorney being arrested in possession of drugs at a court house during a hearing. But home use of drugs according to Nick is totally ethical.
3) There is no rule of ethics that can apply to Nick's situation.
4) Nick's situation is so unique that no prior ethical case could apply to him.
because hes a coward and wants to be able to say she left him.I am thinking the trust cuts him off. Otherwise, why would he try to manipulate Kayla into initiating?
why does he even care lol, he doesn't 'practice law' anyways and never hashe believes there's a "bright line" rule that felony drug possession can only reflect negatively on his ability to practice law
what does that have to do with bodycam footage. You don’t need to see the back of his hand connecting with a face to see proof that this stuff is happening.
There’s a lot of damning things you can see in the kids’ body language, things they allude to, etc, that would suggest things that nick wouldn’t want the world to know about
I generally agree with you, but I think he has a few life ruination steps left before that.If he doesn’t wind up with a DV, my money is on him outright trying to kill Aaron by claiming Aaron is threatening his life.
He was hinting around that one of the county workers was inappropriate with the kids. Considering how he chimps out about Aaron I wouldn't be surprised if he accuses him by the end of today.Although, the CPS ramifications could prevent that.
Wasn't he "representing" April's speeding ticket case right before he was arrested? A time when he most definitely would've been snorting coke and wallowing in the k-hole? The one that he completely dropped because he was too busy dosing his daughter with cocaine and getting his guts rearranged by the bull?he believes there's a "bright line" rule that felony drug possession can only reflect negatively on his ability to practice law if he's literally in court/representing a client at the time he's arrested.
He's such a speshul wittle boi. He's just too cool and unique to ever be punished for his actions.3) There is no rule of ethics that can apply to Nick's situation.
