I played Insurgency: Sandstorm before and this statement is wrong. Unless the devs changed something, weapons don't jam or fail in that game. It's not like Far Cry 3 or Fallout New Vegas, those two do feature weapon jams as a mechanic. Insurgency does let you customize your loadout with some class restrictions (similar to Battlefield's class system), make tactical reloads and lean for cornering. I'm glad that video games translate to 1:1 muscle memory in real life. So glad I no longer need to go to the range to work on my skills and can just spend $10 on Steam for the same results. The military can start to save millions and just start giving cadets some video games, instead of handing them a rifle.

I have several thousand hours in various flight sim games and programs, I guess that makes me a certified pilot according to curry nigger. Not every person who plays FPS games is Grndpa, Jackie. He's only a good sniper in games because he was one in real life. You can't carry that over to real life. It's why the US Army stopped with their video game as a training sim and just used it as a recruitment ad.
