The series started sucking when China got in on the propaganda action/when Mark Walburg became the lead character. Mark Walburg & his Chinese friends were like "oh no, Hong Kong & Taiwan are being attacked by robot dinosaurs, Megatron, & a 7 up Vending Machine robot??? We must immediately contact officials in Beijing to protect us. China is our benevolent kind protectors & will save us all. Optimus Prime is like "Save us, Chinese government. Transformers ended at 3, because that's when Michael Bay ran out of the crack rock. 4 and 5 he just got paid a bunch of money and you could tell he wasn't as in it as he was before. But from 2007 to 2011, there was some real magic and cool military stuff that came out of Hollywood that you don't see much today unless Tom Cruise is attached.
