Drexel supposedly cut contact prior to the hot tub stream and Nick stated they were on good terms. It makes me believe Drexel had likely written Nick off as a junkie who needed help.

The kid testing positive might’ve had him go from “my friend needs help” to “he needs to go to prison”.

Drexel was still close with Nick in 2023, but scaled back somewhat because people were finally taking a serious look into who he was and what he was about in February. This led to his grooming stories and general grooming philosophy coming to light. This bothered Nick, who later went to bat for Drexel in an actual shower call to Null which was reported during a MATI stream on August 29th.

The shower call did not go well. In response, Nick and Drexel employ operation Soft Eyes stating that the only reason Null doesn't like Drexel is because Nick tricked Drexel into insulting Null, saying he had "soft eyes". KF responded by pointing out Drexel's wonky eyes, and Drexel went on to try and dig up as much dirt as possible on Null, drag it onto Twitter/X to make it public, and also sue Null.

This culminated in a showdown around September 10th. KF was the clear winner as they showcased Drexel's creepshots of women, flirtations with transsexuals online, and general mockery. Drexel nuked his Discord and took to more extreme purity tests to be in his group, which would understandably limit his exposure (in addition to being outed for what he is).

After this, the identity of the girl he groomed into a BDSM relationship behind her mother's back would be discovered (Taylor Koloc). All of this combined with Drexel's schedule regarding his daughter (schooling) would make it difficult to do things with Nick.

Drexel also got a proper thread in early October and then the Imholtes came along after Nick's comedy show later that same month. After that, Nick started losing touch with everyone, even people who were still trying to get attention like Camelot331.

Essentially, anyone would have a tough time getting in touch with Nick if they wanted to during the Imholte/Qover arc (including Drexel). Thinking that Drexel stayed away because he is so very principled on drug use would have to make the case that the Rekieta's either weren't using drugs prior to October 2023 or Nick and Kayla were somehow able to hide their use and overall decline from Drexel.

Also, consider that Drexel doesn't like alcohol, but had no issue with Nick's consumption (even to the point of blacking out). This is likely the case regarding whatever either of them were doing as long as it didn't appear to be a serious threat to the other.

TL/DR: Nick was close with Drexel, even challenging Null for his sake, right up until Drexel publicly imploded in September 2023. Then Nick met the Imholtes a month later (leading Nick to losing contact with even more people). Drexel isn't smart. Drexel got sidelined due to his own embarrassing and degenerate public stupidity being compounded by his daughter's school schedule (a recurrent obstacle) and the Rekieta's naturally becoming more withdrawn into their Qover.

Some might think Drexel cleverly dodged a bullet by not getting caught up this, but it would probably be more accurate to say that Drexel heard a shot from afar and then just stayed away.

April 15th 2024:

Nick is asked where Drexel, and after a Rekieta-tier "joke", Nick gives the same response he has given in the past about their scheduling being difficult during the school year and that he anticipates seeing him again in the summer.

June 26th 2024:

Drexel planned to visit Nick after he saw the cokestream and reached out to Camelot331 to join him in investigating if things were as bad as they appeared. The trip was moot due to the arrest, but Drexel and Camelot331 stayed in touch as things unfolded. Then the hair follicle test happened and Drexel took a "way more violent position" than Camelot331. That seems to have been the cutoff point.

It sounds less like an intervention and more like reconnaissance since they didn't know if it was as bad as it looked in the cokestream. Keep in mind that Camelot331 already knew that Nick spent 20k/month on cocaine. Also, Drexel didn't have a problem with Nick getting blackout drunk (even when Nick's daughter had to get Drexel to finish the stream), despite his stance against alcohol. Regardless, it was the hair follicle test results for Nick's child that made Drexel lose any sympathy for Nick.

January 15th 2025:

Nick claims to have not spoken to Drexel in awhile and that Drexel believes something awful about him. Nick also claims to have no idea what it was about immediately before describing his reaction to what it was about (lol).

March 5th 2025:

Nick still hasn't gotten a hold of Drexel who is mad about something, and even though Nick doesn't know what it is, he claims that Drexel misunderstands because Nick just can't stop lying.

Closing thoughts:

Nick saying that Drexel is upset with him about his daughter testing positive for cocaine isn't surprising as it has already been established by others (making it more credible than if Nick had just said it himself).

For anyone thinking that Drexel is simply principled and caring for Nick's kids, consider that Drexel and his daughter would either visit or stay over at the Rekieta's home. A home where there was likely a safe filled with cocaine and other drugs on the premises (unless you believe that Nick just started keeping drugs in his home on October 2023). Now consider Drexel's fear of police/government and criminal charges and also what would happen if his baby-momma caught wind of where Drexel had been taking their daughter.

Drexel did a stream with one of his buddies who was arrested for filming himself having sex with a girl who he claims lied about being an adult, but was actually a minor at the time. It's more flexible than you think, but at least when it comes to drugs that's a hard line for him. If Drexel did what Nick did, he'd lose his daughter permanently. There's a handful of things Drexel seems to treat as sacred, and the ability to stay in his daughter's life and raise her to avoid the "fuckshit" is one of them.

I listened to Camelot's recorded audio with one of the Game Expo owners yesterday on Elissa's channel, then came here looking for more context.

Only to find that Camelot has no thread AFAICT, except an old one in the Spergatory.

The TL; DW of the leaked audio had one of the two Expo organizers apologize profusely but insincerely for 25 mins for sending an email uninviting him from the NASCAR portion of the North Carolina gaming expo.

The organizer on the phone mentioned that the other organizer not on the line was a friend of Cody's named Chase.

Apparently Camelot said something to anger the cosplay crowd in a recent video. Not sure exactly what because it was never mentioned in the recording. Cody's friend Chase asked him to take the controversial video down & Cody did.

Apparently the local cosplay community kicked up enough of a fuss with this organizer that he sent Cody an email saying he couldn't come. He mentioned receiving a slew of different complaints that Camelot was on the roster.

The organizer said he wasn't political and it was important to be inclusive to everyone, but that he couldn't have anyone "controversial" at his event.

He talked about only being a small business. Cosplayers make up 30% of his attendees, so he couldn't afford for them to stay home. He offered to pay for any of Cody's expenses related to the cancelation and wanted to find some sort of mutual middle ground (but never proposed any solid alternatives). He also seemed worried his local small business sponsors would rugpull.

Apparently before this recorded call, Cody had posted an email online with the organizer's full name which made him upset, but he thanked Camelot for blanking out his contact info.

They mostly talked in circles for 25 minutes with the organizer apologizing repeatedly, but also being spineless & soy while keeping Camelot banned, In the end, he conceded to Cody's point that it wasn't very "inclusive" to ban invited guests because of cancel culture campaigns.
