Miyabi looks pretty hot alright. But Miyabi butts can't compete with Hugo. Miyabi is one of few cases having different dialogues for Wise and Belle.
Lighter Phaethon.webp

Something for localization drama. HSR. TL : DR: Other languages, "It's a promise". EN is "It's a date".
Phainon Mydei.webp

For ZZZ, if anyone has Caesar, one of quality time event with Caesar, in EN is "the girl bumps into her soulmate". Meanwhile, in JP audio I remember she said exactly the word "otoko" (man/guy) instead. I can't bother to download the game again to check text again in other languages.

Yet, for something insignificance like limited time events with no voice. You'll get this, 100% machine translate. Caesar is "he".

Edit:
Almost forgot about last year in HSR, missing lore in EN text when Gallagher called out Sunday.
JP audio in Caesar quality time I mention above.

I'm going to ask a really dumb question here but....is he saying that he's going on a date with Mydei or....?

More importantly is this going to lead to dumb shipping drama?
Yes and no.
But the thing is even the EN shipping fandom thinks "promise" is even better or gayer. Then it's back to prove EN localization being retard and having worse outcome again, again and again. Not doing their job properly. Obviously, "promise" has a stronger and more significant tone than "date". Shippers will ship, nothing will stop them from doing it.

Also, just typical how EN industry loves faggy stuffs and what they love is way more important than accurate context. Reminder, MHY games have dragging on and on dialogues, and especially EN industry loves to say "the nuance, the difficulty and not enough time" to do the job.

Is ZZZ doing good atm? In terms of content and so on - I recently got a Navia on my genshin alt so I'm looking for something else to mindlessly grind after work. Probably a good idea to save up for the flashy new Wuxia mentor woman in 2.0, no?

Opinions seem divided since ZZZ is having another schizo moment and identity crisis.

Regarding Wuxia Anby, she's a new combat type and element so it's probably best to hold off getting too invested if she ends up really messy.

Me personally I'm ready to drop the game entirely because I'm not loving the direction. I just want Caesar.

I don't have that many stakes in meta or team building in ZZZ like I do with the other games so I'll see if I like her and pull.

Yeah, it's likely they'll succumb to the usual Chinese gacha autism and make it a convoluted Wuxia opera with way too much going on — although I am curious as to how exactly they'll implement these changes and how they'll feel in terms of gameplay ..

I left this game twice because of just how much it hates me, I lost my Burnice to a Nekomiya once last year, got Burnice with my guarantee, then lost again to a Nekomiya when I tried to pull for Yanagi. Left the game frustrated, came back to get Evelynn with the guarantee. All of said drops were at hard pity (>85 pulls), never have I felt such unbridled hostility from a game before .. even my two standard pulls were two Koledas. Here's to hoping my luck changes soon ...

Me neither. It's more if she's super clunky to play. Given how hard they are pushing her, I wonder if she's gonna outright powercreep Miyabi or something.

Well tv møde is gone and they wanna emphasize the main characters' involvement. Plus instead of switching characters like before, they will remain in field to deal damage.

I'm not too hopeful. But hey maybe it's fun dumb shit like Dynasty Warriors or something.

If it makes you feel better I lost both my 50/50s for Burnice to stupid wolf bitch. Haven't won a 50/50 since Evelyn.

And that is what it is but it's not as soul crushing as losing to the same dumb wolf bitch on the same banner.

I quit that game when they pivoted hard into generic shonen and mandatory Chinese culture worship and completely abandoning the original premise of the story. Won't be surprised if they add playable MCs in combat at this point.
When the developers have zero integrity or belief in their vision, and just bend over to the ebbs and flows of the public, why bother?

Because they are hoping you'll only play their games (kinda creating an ecosystem in some sort), so even if they do the bare minimum and update one or two games, they still get your make money without drastic changes.
I hope some of the new gacha games coming out gives them a run for their money. It's kinda eugh when their games end up being kinda homogeneous.

On second thought, I don't know how viable that is considering a lot of them copy MHY but I digress.

Also slogging through the fontaine prison arc and it's really boring.

People speculate Etheria: Restart might be a good alternative to Star rail, but idk the animations look janky as hell, I'll still try and keep my expectations low.

I only know of this game because prydwen has a countdown for its release. The fact that it has PvP is turning me off from trying it.

Ciaccona exerts her second amendment rights.

As the user stated above me, it's heavily PVP focused which is a no go zone for me.

However reddit talks about Rememento: White Shadow which is rumored to have its global release tomorrow according to some translated patch notes.

I say rumored because there's been zero marketing, there's no English website and there's no pre registration option. So it's assumed they will add global servers but not make them live yet.

It's unfortunate, but when Hoyo blew up because of Genshin, they basically became the standard to follow. For any gacha to dethrone Hoyo they need to outdo what Hoyo has built, which isn't easy. That said, I do wish more gachas come out to make them shit their pants in the way WuWa did.

Ok, I have probably used up all luck I have allocated to me by the gods for the rest of my life. 175 total wishes, 5 new 5- stars and 2 new 4-stars, all characters I wanted, even got a few constellations for others, including c6 Kujou Sara.

It works like that in new Arknights. I remember Asmongoy playing it some time ago.
This is what people want you to forget when they bring up how "bad" Natlan was.
Worst thing about prison was that you couldn't swim near it normally after you've started the quest. And the quest took a few patches to finish. However, Natlan wasn't that bad either. Main story is basically anime arc about how power of friendship saves the day, while chinese trying(and failing) to show a full-scale conflict while not triggering meltdown in kiddies phones. I'd honestly enjoy more war and less hot springs/beach episode. Mavuika canonically riding around on Honda Kawasaki-Davidson 5000 was kinda grating, but at some point I've stopped caring, since she doesn't do it most of the time she's on screen. Then we delved into a bit of spookbusting, and then we Fus-Ro-Dah'd another dragon into a woodchipper. Capitano was reasonably cool for someone who started a fight and lost first thing in the morning. He proceeded to be not annoying and sacrificed himself at the end by making a god from upper management choose between two outcomes that were both favourable for him. Funny thing is, he isn't even dead, and even after a formal request of demotion from harbingers Tsaritsa was like нет. I have a feeling we'll see him again. Like Dottore will invent a ghost vacuum, and they will suck his soul out from his body(since his immortality is what needed to be there) and put it into a cloned body of his(because of cource they can do that shit). Don't quote me on that.
