Also the fact that Keanu evidently had contact with April after the date of October 27 which Nick was so convinced was the last time they interacted with each other. This seemed to be the main cause of Nick losing his mind.

He seems to lack the understanding of social cues which would allow him to realize that being so confident about the last time two different people spoke is considered weird, and not in the funny way either.

I wouldn't necessarily say the parents are aware of that. The info was leaked here and is basically contained to here, twitter, and YT comments.

This should be clear: Bob & Celeste were NOT the temporary foster parents. Shari (Kayla's mom) and Dan Sletta (Kayla's stepdad) are generally believed to have been the temporary foster parents. They were already foster-certified. Kayla has several foster siblings.

@Melty Butter is correct but Bob was present for at least one of the hearings and was called as a witness. It would be kind of odd for him to not be aware of the underlying facts of the case to that extent.

Interestingly, Keanu also stated that their last message exchange was in January as well. Curious coincidence, isn’t it? Very sus. Of course, it’s also possible she replied that way simply to provoke an emotional reaction from Rekieta. The idea that she might still be in contact with April is likely something that will gnaw at him.
