as for testimony of rekieta given coco to this kid, can this be used by the cops to arrest rekieta again? it is not distribution of cocaine because rekieta gave the coke to his kid for free. rekieta already pled guilty to cocaine possession. so would giving cocaine to a minor be considered a crime that rekieta has not already pled to?
pretty sure that's not how it works. worst case would just be if his PO finds out about him telling the story with seemingly zero remorse (actually, bragging about it) and then making a mental note. any consequence on that issue would probably be indirect at best if at all.

What if April has signed an NDA, and that is why Nick was trying so hard to find out when Kiki last spoke to her?
it's an impotent, manipulative control thing because he's an insecure faggot who hates women. he's more just trying to make sure that april didn't talk to keanu at all. i don't think there ever was an NDA, and as has been said in this thread before (i think by @AnOminous) any sort of "NDA" nick might have cooked up would probably be worthless in court. he probably just wants to know how much keanu knows so he knows how much of the narrative he has to try and control.

I had to go back and watch some more Keanu vids for background on her and it's actually astonishing to me that this mediocre nontent streamer with a sub-100 IQ just sat down and easily won a intellectual sparring session with the greatest pedophile minds of the dabbleverse and reduced a very smart special boy into a bright red ragetwig.
Ultimately she had text messages between her and April that showed Nick in a bad light and it was making him go nuclear. Some of her one liners were also effective.

She was right ultimately. Nick melting down that he had permission to share April's messages, whilst also saying he hasn't spoken to her since January and she wanted to put this behind her is Grade A hypocrisy when he is trying to take Keanu down for backstabbing April.

The divorce promise really set him off.

Aaron allegedly being abusive whilst April said Nick was abusive also. The panel trying to call her out on defending Aaron, when she didn't, even though by the same source against Aaron, Nick is guilty of the same shit.

Btw, on STMS, Keanu has asked anyone from Kiwi Farms to send her the evidence (tweets) about when Nick lied about missing a drug test. Anyone have the patience to teach this girl basic searching on The Farms or Ghostarchive? (I don't think she's officially a cow yet. I assume that's within the rules. I wouldn't know.)
I'm not sure I remember a lie. Back when April was on Twitter he was saying stuff that hinted he had pulled something over on the state. Like "According to the state of Minnesota..." something along those lines. April, I think, also said something similar.

I don't recall him directly saying he hadn't missed a drugs test, but maybe I'm wrong.

The Farms (as a gestalt) takes no positions beyond the aggregate of individual user opinions. As a non-monolith, it is entirely incapable of doing so, but the general principle is that anyone who pretends to speak for the whole (or imply that the may grant imprimatur) will unite users in common cause to shout them down.

Kayla's in-laws housed April
No, To clarify because this phrase caused some confusion (including from me), it was Nick's parents Bob and Celeste (Keanu said to Nick that April went to "your parents' house to hang out with them", Nick replied that April moved in to his parents' house.)

It must have been the property they own in Willmar.

And the specificity on verbal / physical molestation...Did Nick scream at his wife like he did to Keanu? Did he domestically abuse her? Physical assault?
I assume Nick's embarrassing attempt at hollering would be a decent illustration of how he deals with people disagreeing with him when not streaming.

There would be no other sane reason for him to not simply take the L on this relatively minor point.
I think Nick's just a 0 impulse retard that snorted any kind of inhibitions away

He may have a vague plan, but he mostly just does whatever his dopamine receptors tell him to do:

"Defend the honor of your whore mistress!"
"Scream at Keanu that she's a dumb bitch!"
"Admit that you got April addicted to drugs!"

His desire to win an argument in the moment outweighs any overarching plan to prove his innocence

If I were you I'd be careful making categorical statements like that.
BREAKING: Minnesotan crack ghoul Nick Rekieta caught adopting retired racing whippets, overdosing them on animal tranquilizers, dessicating their corpses, grinding them up into powder, and snorting them to catch a technically legal high. WHADDAYA THINK BOUT THAT A-LAWGS? RACKETS W!

I know it goes without saying at this point, but didn't he say he was offline for a long time because he didn't want his show to be about personal drama anymore and wanted to come back when he had time and space to do a real show?
Almost without fail when people say they want to avoid drama they absolutely LOVE it and thrive on it.

All she had to do was be the sane person in the room and that's exactly what she did. I really respect her for remaining calm, it was clear that Nick was trying to get her to get pissed at him and lose her cool but she was composed the entire time.

No, it was Bob and Celeste
Which are Kayla's "in-laws".

Unironically Nick Rekieta.

Respectfully, I don't understand the confusion here. This is the second comment on the issue. My comment:

"Kayla's in-laws housed April"

That's OBVIOUSLY Bob and Celeste who are Kayla's IN-LAWS. How is my statement inaccurate? It's Bob and Celeste's home in Eagle Rock. Anyone paying attention knows that.

Are you thinking I said "Nick's in-laws housed April" ? I didn't. That would be Shari and Dan. They would never.

I saw this a couple times so I have to point it out:

Melty Butter is right.

In-laws are your spouse's parents.

Kayla's in-laws are Bob and Celeste. Melty was trying to emphasize that Bob and Celeste are Kayla's in-laws (her husband's parents) and yet they're hosting her husband's girlfriend.

One intolerably dull but otherwise unremarkable midwit was more than a match for what Nick has become and those willing to publicly associate with him

to be fair, that doesn't really say much about anybodys skills (or lack thereof) at debating. nick has put himself in such an impossible and indefensible situation, even a 200 IQ nobel prize winning genius orator would have a really hard time trying to argue his way out of the clusterfuck that is nick's life.

Kayla presumably has other in-laws; i.e., siblings' spouses and the spouses' parents, etc. Given Kayla's family is local, it is theoretically possible. And if that had been the truth, that would indeed have been interesting. Nick's parents hosting April was entirely expected (at least to me, and I could swear it's been discussed or at least theorized).

It would have been a lot clearer for people skimming through just to say Nick's parents.

That aside, it really does point up how complicit and shit his parents are. They enable Nick and arrange/ control people just like he tries to, moving them around like little pawns on a chessboard. Whether it was to help their son keep his mistress near, or to help him get her away from him when she became inconvenient to have around, it's clear April and Kayla are barely sentient* objects to them as well.

*(they're not wrong)

Nick’s life mirrors the Monty lawsuit. Even the biggest dick swinging expensive California defamation lawyer can’t help him. The facts are that bad and Nick is too retarded to help.

Alright, in-laws thing ends here.
In-laws means a relative by marriage. Kayla's in-laws would include Skelly's parents, and other relatives.
Both sides are right on technicality but language was ambiguous. The less ambiguous phrase would be parents in-law.

What is going on Nick? 30 DAYS SOBER!
I never understand how someone can post "xxx days sober". The last time I drank alcohol was last Christmas. Red wine I used in cooking doesn't count because most of the alcoholic content gets cooked off.
(Yeah I looked up studies and plenty still remain but it's not gonna get anyone drunk, unless you're chef Balldo who's braising everything in liquor.)

You know what, there's one positive thing we can say about April in comparison to skelly. She can actually hunt animals fairly and give them a dignified end. Nick only knows how to torture trapped critters to a slow and humiliating death. Justice for the fart squirrels and Scrombles the raccoon.
Presumably they hunt for food too. That buffalo or elk she subdued would be on the dinner table.
Skelly tortured those animals for fun. Likely for sexual gratification too.

This whole 'You'd be scared to introduce me to your wife because she'd want to fuck me instead of you' line is utterly ridiculous.
It's the man who should be scared because Nicholas Rugieta would try to magnetise his mouth with their penis.

we shouldn’t promote her content in this thread.
No.
Who's "we", it's just you. No one is promoting her content.

What was impressive about Keanu is less what she said and more that she held it together with a dude screaming at her and four retards doing janny backup. Winning at IBS if the whole panel and the chat is against you is no joke.

I think the most interesting thing about that debate - the most revealing thing is that of all people, Attention whore April was the one who just said "fuck it, I'm done. leave it in the past," and just dropped it. Now she only really comes up incidentally. There's no real news on her and we don't care either.

I still think this is all a Nitrous Nick gay op.

Fuck it she's done but she lives 10 minutes away from nick??
She's got a job and is doing great now, but still doesn't talk to Keanu, even though Keanu was looking out for her?

Even the story of the alleged new boyfriend flipping him the bird at a stop light sounds like a narrative Nick's gay nerd brain would craft to throw people off.
