This is great but also sad. Like, she's going to inch closer and closer to realizing what she's done to herself, and what she encouraged others to do. I have seen adults under the age of 65 on both Medicare and Medicaid; in my experience, it typically involves ESRD (end-stage renal disease) or ALS. I feel I have rarely ever seen a discussion around the effects of T on the external of the rectum.
I have been on T since 2017 and since roughly 2020/2021 I’ve had to deal with an insane amount of external atrophy down below.
From the labias to around the vaginal opening and severely on my back door. I recently was off T for 5-6 months due to life and financials. It actually reversed dramatically except I was getting periods again.
With that being a fat NO from me, I finally started again. But almost 3 weeks in and the back door is UNWELL!! I can’t use the rest room without excruciating pain while wiping back there.
I’ve had a great OBGYN but they’re all the way down in a town I just moved from. They have helped me with giving estrogen topical creams and pill inserts. I didn’t wanted the cream bc of the mess but the tablets dont help as they go into the vaginal canal and aren’t directly targeting the atrophy back there.
I am not sexually active really so there’s no other frictions going on besides basic human functions.
Has anyone experienced this? Have you had to stay on an estro-based prescription to keep the atrophy at bay?
TO NOTE: I have no atrophy inside nor have the cramps been anything crazy- those come once and blue moon

Is it bad I only seek out fem women?​

Im thinking of finding a bi or pan girl to date. Straight women im going to have to give it a break. It’s just to hard right now.
The problem is i can’t date a masculine girl or boyish girl. A lot of queer women are masculine even if it’s a little bit. And if she dresses girly there always some kind of feminist agenda.

I do love feminine women but I feel like part of it is my prejection of not being scene as straight enough because I’m a trans man.

I don’t want to date those women with out bottom because

I hate how they LITERALLY describe how every single trans person feels and go "not in a trans way though". That EXACLY IS THE TRANS WAY. Like do they think we WANT to be in this body? No. We're trans because it's the second best thing. Ppl like them make it out as if being trans is a choice. It's not "not in a trans way" they just can't accept being trans. Every trans person feels like that, but we accept it to try to lessen that discomfort and not live in a sad "not trans way". Also the "I'll be a woman/be seen as a woman no matter what" is clear dysphoria and internalised transphobia. It IS in a trans way.
Ihope they realise it and the egg cracks one day, because this is not only harmful to the community, but themselves aswell. I know I can't make them want to be trans (I don't want to be trans either, but as I said, it's the second best thing), but this is just infuriating.

You can get Medicare if you are on SSDI and get through a 24 month waiting period, and for 8 and a half years after returning to work after being on disability.

I'm not too surprised. Vaginal atrophy is already a known symptom of testosterone abuse. Additional problems in the pelvic floor region seem reasonable. Further, I highly doubt the pooner's story of not being sexually active. She's definitely stuffing stuff up her ass.
