Edit: Only now read that the first words of her justification for claim is “These were taken out of context”.
That’s not a justification for a claim. That’s actually more an argument that one of the fair use pillars is met.

Yeah. It’s problematic from a legal perspective.
DMCA has fee shifting. Crowdsource the initial, get it to a suit, fee shift, make her have another payment plan.

Awk20K has an opportunity here. Although Emily is part of Asmon’s network, so it’ll be Asmon having to Janny instead of actual take.

And no, not ousted, he stepped away from all his roles. Never said anything about selling his shares anywhere. Also can’t imagine OTK forcing him out on BS like Israel-Palestine. They would’ve cut him looooong before that if they were the type of corpo to be sensitive to that.
