So, law enforcement already involved eh, well done Nick. Harassment is going to be a stretch, though, and it is going to depend on what else he has been doing. Has he been contacting her or people she knows/works with. Alleging someone committed child abuse and naming them certainly opens up civil liability. Considering she is not a public person, that will be very challenging for Nick.

Criminal wise it is likely going to take more, so keep digging, Nick.

She's sloshed in bed every night, the kids are getting drunk and chugging energy drinks...and he didn't notice? She left on her own, she wasn't fired. So when did you find out? And why didn't you fire her?

EDIT: Frankly, if this is true and he has proof, why isn't he filing suit against her? This is a way more sinister crime than Aaron's $50 gift of Kaya nudes, this is something someone should go away a long time for.

What would proof be? 15 months after the fact my kid told me the nanny let them try a beer? That she paid them 75 dollars to chug energy drinks?

Even Nick has to know that is a fucking stretch. What does let mean? Did she take it from the fridge, ooen it and order them to drink? Did she not notice they had opened a beer and in Rekieta logic she is responsible? Was she sipping a beer and then said "hey try this"

That's a minefield to go through. Naw, he is trying to destroy the people who kicked off the initial investigation. I don't think we need to go much beyond that. It's also something he needs to be super careful with. Retaliation against a witness is a felony in Minnesota, even if the case is settled.

I suspect that the germ of current day Nick would probably have been excited. Someone said recently that Nick only cares about being perceived as cool and it’s hard not to agree. Reminds me very much of Ralph who thinks it’s real rock star bad-ass behavior to drive drunk, hit your wife and collect criminal charges while fleeing authorities in multiple countries.
