Nick is acting unusually unhinged over this nanny thing. After presenting himself as a victim for a year because his nanny stepped out on him IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR NO LESS! (or more than a year, since he was obliquely whining about the nanny quitting before the arrest), he's now talked himself into a circle where the nanny left as soon as possible after he found out she was drinking on the job, within a week, and it would be impossible to fire her faster.
It seems to me that he was urgently setting up his narrative to blame the nanny for the state of the home in case the body cam footage is released and it didn't really work.
The bigger problem for a lolsuit is whether there is anything left to collect on. After all, the trial in the Monty defamation case is rapidly approaching at this point.
Yes. He is whining about last year when Keanu said that Nick and April were doing whippets, that the second home didn't have Internet for most of the time April was living there, that Nick was late to his last drug test and Kayla blamed April, etc.

The timing of the nanny stuff was revealed shortly after it was revealed Null has the video and will be releasing it. Draw your own conclusions.
Any pause and actual scrutiny of either of these stories shows how little they hold up.

I mean, for what it's worth, I can tell you I honestly haven't gotten all that much shit for "Dear John." In fact, it's been like 95% support.
And, since then, he's only gotten more blatant in his lying.
It's my understanding that a defamation award, based on a finding of wilful and malicious conduct, is not dischargeable in bankruptcy.
So, if he's hoping to keep defaming people, file Chapter 13, and then just live off of mommy's Petrofac bucks, that doesn't seem like a very good plan. I think the debt collectors would still be on his ass.

Later, his daughter was on audio. The afternoon was boring, but Dani Ahn Direct's appearance helped. He discussed his kids quite a bit. Defamation of the nanny continued.
Request: There is a lot of garbled audio of the daughter and Nick's interaction when he picked her up. If someone with good audio capabilities could give it a listen, it would be helpful. Based on the voice maturity, I'm guessing this is the 12 yo daughter. Timestamp: 3:51:45 -4:11:30.
