-makes him look like a successful wealthy BOSS (he has the money to pay the filing fees) that the ladies would desire and he doesn't take shit from anyone (FUCK YOU HARDIN, FIND IT YOURSELF)
-does not jeopardize his whorequest (he downplays the relevancy of the brothel pursuit information even though he says he's NOT ashamed but still calls it irrelevant and an attempt to embarrass)
-Makes him, ironically, also look pathetic enough so that teacher/judge/mom will take pity on him and help make things right

EDIT: I just noticed Russ Tard's email signature includes "CEO of ID LLC/Paralyzed Face Productions/CART U NV Bus. License #NV20222557279". What is CART U? I don't remember it.

Searching that NV business ID number brings up Russell Greer himself as an expired business.

You're forgetting the second email that the court was not cc'd on. Greer is a loose cannon and I expect he's going to send more emails to Hardin which will push the judges over the line.
