I will not speak more on the matter, but I had made him aware of the matter. I don't know whether he knew of it prior (I suspect he did), but he did not know what he was being used for, nor Russ' intentions.

I assume there is some statute against forging someone's signature on an incorporating document for a LLC. So I mean yeah uhh, if I were Hardin I'd do it. Granted, I'm not sure that they'd really be interested in prosecuting. Maybe Huber should do it or start to look into a civil suit if his association with this actually damages his business. And here's the thing. All the Wiemmucca shit? It's actually reached the level of Fraud. He's falsely assigned Huber to his LLC. He has made some major misrepresentations throughout any and all of these dealings, including to the City Council. All for the purpose of fraudulently acquiring somebody elses property. And he attempted to intimidate the City Clerk into violating State Law to cover it all up. Not to mention the Fraud and misrepresentation's to the Utah Federal Court to keep all the plates of his Local Grift spinning. Yes viewed one way, he is just a retard doing retarded things. But there is enough here for a DA to take an interest should he wish to. If this was in Vegas nobody would give a shit. But way out in the Atomic Wasteland of Wiemmucca? He's fucked with 2 very prominent local businessmen with ties to the City Government, In Front of The City Government. Out there he's some slick Las Vegas Whoremonger seeking to dump more prostitutes in their growing family friendly community. Demanding to Buy things with somebody elses money. Russ can argue that everything is just hypothetical and he's just a retard who doesn't know how things work. But that W.H. on the LLC? That's intentional. That's not a mistake. If he just made a mistake and didn't understand what he was signing for Huber's name would be there. W.H. is something else. Deliberate Intent to hide the truth of the matter or defaud. he knew exactly what he was doing was wrong and illegal. And sought to do it in a way that he retardly thought was a loophole to avoid any questions. This is the same reason Huber was CC'd on the City E-mails. So the City would think Huber was part of this company and behind Russ's plans. Both politically and financially. A DA could make the case just based on what we know now.

Mr. Huber has confessed to me that his own involvement with Greer was news to him. Specifically he mentioned that he is now "finding out quite a bit about Mr Greer" and that he was lied to by Greer, though he used the following phrase to describe it: "different opinion on the subject of our dealings.

I strongly suspected this might be the case. That Huber would get willingly involved with a man like Greer made no sense at all.

Also, the way he freaked out when he found Hardin was sniffing around Winnemucca gave off the whiff of sheer terror.
