I just grabbed the Nevada Secretary Of State form for an LLC application. It does not require the signature of every named individual just the one at the top.

But there is this fun little note:

I'm a little curious why it hit the system with an obvious lie like "W. H." I expect Mr. Hardin or someone has requested the actual filing documents.

Well that kinda answers that. Assuming Huber is telling the truth to you, which I really have no reason to assume anything other than that, this makes perfect sense.

Greer lies to a realtor in a small town to rope him into the brothel dealings, and said realtor probably never dreamed up the level of lies or insanity that was being leveled at him. Which I think someone else in the thread speculated on. If Huber is in an LLC voluntarily vs by wholesale fraud I can only say "well.. vet your potential business partners better".

But that's hardly a reason to be considered a cow or ruined.

Presumably you're not comfortable revealing whether he is aware of his potential officerhood as "W.H." in the LLC (if that was discussed). I do wonder if that will come out later.

Fascinating. I wonder if Mr. Hardin might be contemplating forwarding all of these local matters and communications on to the Wiemmucca District Attorney's Office. As these are clearly "Private Business Matters" having nothing to do with Greer v Moon/Kiwifarms A Website in Utah Federal Court. Mr. Hardin is an Officer of the Court and should he be witness to potential wrongdoing he has an ethical and legal obligation to inform the appropriate authorities.

Ignoring everything else, surely telling the lawyer you're litigating against to cease contact and not allowing the case to continue (because how else can Hardin proceed without being able to contact Greer) is more or less asking for it to be dropped. I assume there is some statute against forging someone's signature on an incorporating document for a LLC. So I mean yeah uhh, if I were Hardin I'd do it. Granted, I'm not sure that they'd really be interested in prosecuting. Maybe Huber should do it or start to look into a civil suit if his association with this actually damages his business. But uhh yeah, wow this is a big fuck up by Greer.
