It's been almost 30 years? Damn, I've always been under the impression that they still use shotguns when situations get more serious. I guess it makes sense, though.
After the North Hollywood shootout, police departments around the country started to replace their shotguns with rifles. Today most if not all departments have rifles in their cars. This aids in defeating body armor, as well as improving accuracy at longer ranges. Though the latter is still mostly determined by the officer.
Yeah Trevor Moore supposedly got wildly drunk at the wrap party for a WKYK movie and fell off the balcony. The fact the movie was supposedly finished and still hasnt released is suspicious to me, if there's something weird it's probably related to the movie.
