I remember needing to get a new copy of my own birth certificate; you can get a new copy from the city you were born in...but since that takes effort, we know that neither Sally nor Cyraxx will actually do it.

Okay so when inevitably sally passes away and ed drives to the sunset. Ill assume he will be kicked out by the landlord which begs the question:

If he cant get his shit out of the house due to eviction, wont that mean that his thing would belong to the landlord in the end? Also i can see him trying to drag his belongings and getting mugged by some crack fiends.
