  • "The nanny is named Chaney Bitzen... I have no desire to protect her identity anymore. Fuck her.”
  • “No, I don’t want folks to harass her, I just don’t care if people know who she is… I do want people to know that she gives people alcohol. I do want people to know that.”
Hey Nick -- you DO realize that those two statements are at odds with one another, right? By posting her name, you're encouraging whatever low-life scum that still are your fans to stalk & harass her. And besides, you really want anyone to take the word of you, a known liar, that the nanny actually gave your kid alcohol? Fuck off with that, you piece of shit. And tell ya what, Rackets -- even if I were to grant that assertion as fact, YOU GAVE YOUR KID COCAINE!!! So do the world a favor and kill yourself, cretin!

Nick, your pathetic attempts at misdirection to try and take some of the heat off of you isn't going to work. You're a vile piece of shit. Neck yourself, and only yourself.
Between throwing the nanny under the bus and questioning why people care about entertaining drama something is happening in Nick's life that's making him scared

Is it the creeping dread of the bodycam footage or something else?

Since he mentioned the nanny giving alcohol to his kids, I will just take the Occam's Razor and say that cocaine wasn't the only thing that his kids got their hands on "accidentally" because it was laying around in the open.

Cocaine is a known gateway drug to alcohol, I wouldn't be surprised if Nick thought that if he allowed the kids to drink it would be more acceptable if he showed up drunk at the diner table.
Like in the cool medieval times!

It possible that he just got access to new documents or something and is trying to cover his ass before they inevitably get released?

Ah. I assumed they got appointed lawyer(s) like Guardian ad Litem by default due to CPS case and that neither Nick or Kayla would have any say in who that would be.
A g.a.l. isn't a representative. They're often lawyers but don't need to be. They are a guardian appointed by a court when both parents are incompetent to protect the children's interests. They're different from appointed counsel, and appointed counsel isn't likely to side with the abusive or neglectful parents.

So I doubt Nick, lying or not, was referring to the appointed lawyer.

A CPS investigation doesn't automatically assume guilt. Nick is a fucking idiot for bringing it up. It may be entirely irrelevant to his children or unfounded.

The reason Nick can't get a new nanny isn't because of money woes, it's probably because he's blacklisted by all local childminder services.

It may not even technically be anything to do with her directly. Didn't Nick cope about something similar when news came out about an old CPS investigation of his (I wanna say it was dated like a year before the current shitshow) where he claimed it was actually to do with a kid he was fostering and something that happened to them previously?

I wonder if there is evidence (even just "testimony"?) that a child ingested alcohol, and Nick's trying to get in front the narrative by saying it was the nanny who "did it" because she was the child-minder during that time period. Therefore it's definitely not Nick's fault for neglecting his children and leaving booze and other drugs everywhere, and getting so fucked up he didn't know what drugs he was ingesting. He already coached the kids to say any drugs in their system came from external sources, after all.

“This nanny was a piece of shit and terrible person. Here’s her name. Please don’t harass her”

This is only speculation but there must be nukes in the CPS case we can't see, because there is no fucking way the PSI wouldn't of thrown the book at Nick without something truly awful happening.

I think around October, where April went crazy and Keanu alleged she was on drugs, that house went back to crazy town, and the government knew it.

Again. Speculation. But the inference is there.
It’s a shame people aren’t more knowledgeable about CPS, because it gives breathing space to Nick’s lies.

“Well, if she REALLY had cocaine in her system, there’s no way they’d let her back in their care! Nick must be right!”

They don’t realize that taking the kids away permanently is always the last solution and not something they’d do even if there was one incontrovertible positive drug test.

Why did CPS put him through the wringer in the first place? Geez, could it be because the daughter tested positive for cocaine? They sure as fuck don’t remove kids temporarily because some drugs were found.

Nick has fresh bruises on his face ( likely from hitting himself in the head again ) and his eyes are starting to sink in like a meth addict.
