Someone needs to compile all the reasons he's stated for the kid being coked up. Now its the nannies fault. It's been the cops, aaron and dozens of other things over the last couple of months.

Nick announced that the case was "resolved" (in the sense of custody being returned) the evening of August 7, which is 62 days after the hearing.

And Nick always tells the truth.
And we must always trust what Nick says.
If Nick says that he re-gained custody of the children in august, we have to trust what Nick says.

......even if doing that makes less than no sense.

The initial petition stated that the children had already been interviewed and stated that any potential positive result would be a result of accidental exposure and because of that, I'm not sure how much the positive result influenced the case to begin with. I

You are working very hard here to defend a man who doesn't deserve it.

Meanwhile he has committed per se defamation against the real nanny:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=_yoil3j3dqoHe thought it was someone else stealing his booze? Like who? Lying faggot. Hopefully the nanny takes him to court. He's also just admitted to further child neglect either way.
Damn, imagine someone getting intoxicated in the master bedroom while they should be taking care of the kids

Knowing how Nick's mind work it would go something like this.
"I didn't say 'full Custody' checkmate Kiwi Fags"

Legal genius opines on release of bodycam footage. It's fine I guess or whatever. But it's weird. And funny.
No dorito, no sassy performance, Just a sad little dwindling man facing the inevitable. Good.

Still, Nick's dwindling support base is fucking retarded, so he might just be hoping that planting the idea in their heads is enough to convince some of them.
Nick's snipe at the nanny should be obvious to even the most dented viewers; his something about "Oh God, what my kids told me about the nanny" or whatever it was exactly. Of course he isn't gonna go into specifics, because there's nothing there; but do a thought experiment, take him at his word. It took all this time for him to learn about his nanny from his kids. Kayla never works, Nick works from home, and somehow the nanny was doing something behind their backs that the kids knew and never brought up to their parents? He apparently drive his kids 1,000 miles a day, 7 days a week or whatever, and not once a conversation about anything? Just how checked out were Nick and Kayla? Nick will tell you not at all, and that he loves his kids and all those other lies. But then you hear that snide shit he shot at the nanny, something's isn't adding up; but okay, let's just say it is true and she was doing something nefarious... how many years was she inside their home? Nick and Kayla were absentee as fuck, even in their own home.

The insane thing to me is that the Karen Read trial as is, is very interesting. I don’t know if @AnOminous or @waffle are watching, but they had an expert witness for the state get caught lying about his credentials. The Defense ripped the guy apart (fat, very balding Southerner). The judge didn’t do a voir dire (basically evaluating his expertise) and just waived him through for the state (the Judge is awful and is honestly openly biased for the State in a way that’s shocking, her history is as a public defender).

The basic premise of the case is that a cop was found dead in the snow outside another cops house. The state is accusing the cops girlfriend of backing into him while drunk and leaving him to die, her defense has pointed out that none of his injuries match that and that the “witnesses” have been colluding to change their stories. Shit like a guy destroying his phone and dropping it at three national guard bases, rehoming a dog that might be connected to the injuries on the dead guys arms, and a witness making 200 phone calls to other witnesses in a day.

A lot of this shit is easy commentary if you have an interest or background in law. The narratives for the Defense and Prosecution are all interesting. This isn’t Rittenhouse, but it’s a big case that’s frustrating as it is interesting. Police corruption, judicial incompetence, who killed John O’Keefe?, and Nick cannot even try to make it interesting.

I don’t buy that at all and I hope Chaney fucks him up for claiming it.
Didn't Chaney move on to another familiy in the Spicer area to do full-time nanny duties? Given she would have some semblance of a local clientele, Nick is going scorched earth on her reputation and livelihood for internet drama points. When you think he can't sink any lower.

I was just about to post this.

Three things stand out to me:

1. Yes. It's really weird to me how he's not full of fire and brimstone like he usually is, and insisting that Null will never get the bodycam. Normally, I would expect him to be calling Null and Hardin dummies, or something. He may have resigned himself to the fact it's gonna get released.

2. Nick has flip-flopped yet again. He now concedes that the documents that MNPublicRecords released were not flagged confidential at the time they got them. Grifty will be upset his e-daddy just undercut the cope about them being illegally sourced.

3. Redheaded fat (IDGAF what her name is) acts indignant over the fact the CHIPS stuff got out, but not what the docs that got out actually say (8 year old testing positive for cocaine). Give me a fucking break.

These are supposed to be mothers, right?

I've watched some Sandwich Sean coverage but I haven't followed the case closely and I've been busy listening to police videos for my own cases tonight (Not looking good for my guy, unfortunately). The whole thing seems like a clown show, and judges just kind of letting the state get away with claiming anyone under the sun as an expect is shockingly common. I didn't know Judge Bev has a defense background. I figured she must have been a former prosecutor from the way she acts. That's disappointing, it happens though - there's a local guy here all the members of the bar were excited about because he had a defense background and he has not been remembering his roots.

-EDIT- Nick looks like he's dyeing of AIDS in that last clip and sounds like he's about to cry. WOW.

Was it ever resolved who gave Melton that police report (or whatever it was) within 24 hours of the arrests? IIRC it was widely suspected to be from Nick.

Nick implied this into existence with Josh and believed it of Montegraph. How is that going?

Nick has always made shaded commentary about people. It was just that in the past, the chat was on his side and was not too critical.

What could this be? Who would visit their home? Local in-laws probably hate them. I have to assume this was a euphemism for sickness or something...

ETA: Nick explains his mirror pictures:

I wonder if the nanny still works for the lawyer?

I don't think it ever was, no.

I can't see any reason why Nick would want that to get out to anybody. Even though, legally, it was gonna get out eventually.

He's not gonna fuck them. They are not his type. Unless he gets really desperate.

Look, the thing to keep in mind here is that they are all using each other to go after Aaron. Not just PAS, but also the broader Dabbleverse.

The only thing that made me think he would is that it doxed Kayla’s family members and the mandated reporters from church. Nick is just that fucking nasty that he’d want to do whatever he could to increase the chances of them all getting harassed.

You say that but he was feeling out Faran about swinging when she was obese. Nick isn’t as choosy as he wants people to believe.

I have a bad feeling that something violent is going to befall Aaron soon. These people are just way too angry at him and they seem to vie for Senpai’s attention.

More inclined to believe that the kids learned from their dad to lie as naturally as they breath tbh. Hell they might not even realize it. I'm mostly the opposite of my dad (he's a people person) and sometimes I catch myself and think "hey wait a minute, this is my dad's behavior"

So he noticed whole bottles of alcohol going missing from a household containing five children and did nothing to investigate, nor did his children feel comfortable telling him about this blatantly abusive behaviour. We're meant to believe that the nanny was careless and cruel, despite the Rekieta household going to absolute shit the moment she left, and despite Nick only bringing it up once it became the new convenient way to explain away his troubles. How funny and weird. This will definitely beat the neglectful father allegations.

Also I can't be the only one seeing the hidden implication that she may have been responsible for the coke. It's kind of like he's saying out of the corner of his mouth, "well if she was giving the children alcohol..." I expect she'll be the next target of his allegations now that the police officer, Aaron, coke fairy, Ronald McDonald and the Pope stories didn't stick.

Those kids are either going to be deeply scarred or absolute monsters when they grow up.
