Rich loves trying to trick people into thinking he's orderly and committed. As we all know, he promised Phil's face on his ass. The reality, he got a parody caricature on his forearm. Yes, he did get a tattoo, however it's in a completely different place and the representation of Phil is ironic. Rich thinks he can negotiate his promises and still have the same outward mental effect of retaining his original agreement. He feels the biggest detail was retained (tattoo) and therefore can modify the rest (ass = forearm, Phil's face = Parody Phil) A painfully common behavioral pattern of his a lot of people know too well.

Rich also deceived himself into thinking he keeps promises because he did this to his own skin. He enjoys tricking himself into believing his own favorable interpretations of his life. The weed and live streams just made it worse.

By the way, 2K USD is about 17 days worth of Steven Johnsons Syndrome medication, or months of eye wound care, or maybe even the costs of follow-up visits with the doctor.

I've watched the latest Kino Casino clip about this guy and he shopped himself into some image replacing Phil, PPP said this guy was obsessed with DSP.

Combined with that knowledge this just makes it so fucking gay for me, that I think this would be a great replacement to that ugly LGBTQWERTYUIOP flag that has replaced the standard rainbow-only one just this decade.
