Even if you've got a severe hunchback like Raxx, they measure height from skull down. So, like, if you account for the slope of his shoulders, he might be 5'3", even if he's standing at 4'9".

Like, I knew a guy with a similar hunch back. He was 6'4", but stood at 5'10".
