It’s crazy that from what I gather: Ethan has donated lots of money to these Palestinian charities but gets donation shamed, calls Netanyahu a genocidal maniac, believes there should be a two state solution, believes Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza, believes Hamas are terrorists who did something bad, believes Israeli citizens shouldn’t be slaughtered and that not everyone in the IDF is a terrorist who should kill themself. I think Ethan came to the realization, post October 7th, that his views, no matter how far left, are irrelevant to the Breadtube Anti-Israel/pro-Hamas crowd; in their eyes, he will always be another Jew. It's sad Ethan genuinely considered them his friends; however he should have been socially aware enough to realize, Muzzies gonna Muzz. Hasan "9/11 was completely justified" Piker, always was going to cheer on the murder of innocent Jews. It's astonishing Hasan and Ethan's friendship (as well as his friendship with Muslims like Anisa) lasted as long as it did. I don’t think anisa hated jews before Hasan’s crowd made it popular in her circle. I don’t think she really ever thought about jews. Hasan has probably always had a hate boner for Jews/israel since he’s Turkish. He saw Ethan as a token Jew he could exploit to get more popular. Hasan only keeps token jews around like Matt Lieb who hate Israel and are friends with badempanada now.
