You can't diagnose someone even as a psychologist unless you do a thorough 1-on-1 interview. You can make a guess, have an opinion, render a general character judgement, etc. But you can't say for certain "this person has X."Unless someone wants to power level themselves as a psychiatrist, we are all armchair psychoanalyzing to an extent. That being said, people basing their hypothesis on what Anisa says, and wants you to think, are already lost.
She is obviously latching onto autism to seem quirky, special, and not like the other girls. Even with my reservations, as she lacks fear of abandonment, I still find BPD very possible, and her being a Cluster B almost certain, because it's all speculation based on what she does, not what she says for getting attention.
