His "point" is to argue that the "UOH 😭" phrase + emoji in the pedo tweet allegedly originates from a prior, non-pedophilic context, I guess in an attempt to say that the people using it now are doing so in reference to that pre-existing non-pedo context rather than the pedo tweet, but he's fucking retarded and completely neglecting the fact that the only time it's used in vtuber / anime communities is in contexts that are explicitly pedophilic.

I've literally made my point several times and been dismissed and framed as saying completely unrelated shit like 5 times now. Each time it gets buried under bullshit framing me as somehow supporting something I have shown nothing but distain for.

There was a meme about pedophilia from when I used /b/. There was a bear, called Pedobear, and the joke was that he was a bear that wanted to fuck children. It had something to do with 2ch, I forget the origin story. People would post him in jailbait threads and then the meme evolved to be a Tom and Jerry style feud with Chris Hansen, because To Catch a Predator was very popular at the time. The other part of this meme was that a lot of people on /b/ at the time were teenagers so while the jailbait is really gross in retrospect a lot of the posters were about the same age.

This uoh shit is all adults and there's no other shoe falling. The joke is that there is no joke: child tummy erotic. It's a memetic dogwhistle.

No, I'm not neglecting that. If you read my fucking post you'd understand my point was the meme is completely irrevocably tainted.

Ok let me give a hypothetical example. Jim carrey in the mask says "SSSSMOKIN". People online quote it for a a funny for like maybe one or 2 decades. If pedos started going like "SSSSSSSSSMOKIN CHILD TUMMY EROTIC 👅!" that's just fucking pedophillia and you're now in a situation where you have people who are pedos or referencing pedos doing that till it overrides prior things and you're left with a tainted fucking meme nobody sane wants to touch. In this pippa case, pippas using it either for cursed meme reference or unironic pedo reference and both are awful.

You seem to be talking past people. I'll try to be as clear as possible.

You are making a few claims:
1) The meme predates the pedo use
2) pedos/similar co-opted/subverted the meme
3) 2 and 3 imply some people can use this naively or outside of the pedo context

One issue is that you have shown a small amount of evidence for 1, but basically none for 2. So 3 is on shaky ground already. But it's worse than that. Let's say we grant you 1 and 2, 3 is irrelevant to the discussion, as people are objecting to the way it is being used by a very sketchy audience/group of people. Naive use is not much of a consideration.

Let's say you look at a map of a city in China or Japan, and it has the old Sanskrit/Buddhist swastika on it to denote a temple. There is no dog whistle here. The symbol was in use for a very long time before the 1900's. Now let's say you're in a bar and there's a bunch of skinheads with rotated swastiksas throwing Roman salutes and shouting "fuck kikes". The fact that the swastika is used as a symbol on a map in Japan is not relevant.

There are other issues. You complain about being framed in a certain way. You have to realise that despite your intentions, the fact that you are trying to minimise the use of the meme can lead to a reasonable conclusion that you support it or the people who use it in some way. Especially so if people find your arguments weak. In short, you have framed yourself, no matter how much you object to people noticing this.

Also, this whole discussion is shitting up the thread, and it annoys people, so you can't expect the benefit of the doubt or any generosity of spirit. There are people defending this more stupidly and more wholeheartedly than you appear to be. You have tried to distance yourself, but you will get lumped in with them, as people see your argument as irrelevant at best.

The best advice has been given: just stop.
