I dunno man. It's looking like Bossmanjack may have just did exactly that.
To be fair to Austin, he's a repeat offender, posted drugs on his discord and openly said fuck the rules imposed on him. The cops hate that.
Yeah I know, I do lurk his thread.

I don't think skelly would do that, but what do I know? I've said a lot of shit that the opposite happened, which includes his thread dying in 2024, just before all the coke streams.

Kayla's family if I had to guess
Aaron wouldn't be interesting as help

Kayla's family would not want more drama. Just look at what her mother and step-father have posted online. They obviously deeply care for her and the children. Nick they may hate, but they would not strike at him by humiliating Kayla.

This is probably the EWU crew helping, or less likely, April.

I think he should be given some kind of Lifetime Achievement Award, maybe a recurring Balldo-themed memorial award, and anyone who gets that award is disqualified from LOTY. This award should be strictly for past LOTY winners.

I really also think back to back LOTY wins should be banned.

In my opinion, he needs to have one more go of it, then be retired. Nick is just too much of a cow to be disqualified now if the BCF is released this year.

As for the Lolcow hall of fame (or whatever we call it) it needs to be officiated by Josh or someone official to induct members. Having a democratic election for it would be too much like two separate categories of LOTY. It needs to be developed more.

I agree with Nick being awarded the "Lifetime" award if he gets 1st place, which automatically gets him disqualified and the actual LOTY going to another.

You got your shot @Fapcop, on discount from $50! I say go for it.

Speaking for myself, I have expressed low enthusiasm for the FBI/hacking shit. I hope it happens, but I'm not holding my breath.
While on paper it's a bunch of pretty serious felonies, I could easily see whoever drew the short straw and got to investigate it concluding that it is just a gross and intensely homosexual lover's spat and not worth pursuing.
Thus far, Aaron hasn't pursued legal action, and we all know why. It would be considered legitimately gay and even verboten within the Dabbleverse and the wider comics community.
Who cares what the Dabbleverse thinks? Nick is a thief. If someone is quite literally stealing money from someone, I have no problem with them saying fuck you, pay me.

Nick needs that 3-peat like a real champ.

I like this compromise.

Perhaps in future this is how one enters the LHoF--winning two years in a row--and that such an award disqualifies running in future LOTY polls. This allows people to vote for exceptional cows 2 years in a row, but makes sure that no one cow can monopolise LOTY. It gives the fans of the cow a special distinction and a good sendoff, while it keeps the field open for new cows. It also gives the disappointed fans of the losing cows a better chance in upcoming years.

As I strongly believe the footage will come soon(ish) and highly commend the efforts made to secure it.
I cut my hand, and bind myself by blood signature, the value of a good pizza day.
On a side note, after looking at some similar situations in Minnesota, it seems like the state is very good at protecting the privacy of their citizens, if this happened in Florida they would have published the bodycam the moment Rekieta implied the police planted cocaine. Rekieta is so lucky, imagine having a media circus *before* his trial?

4. About LOTY, there is a pretty solid chance that Nicholas Rekieta will not be nominated at all. This will upset a lot of people, but it is what it is. I personally think there's solid arguments for or against this, it's up to the admins. It's not December yet so things might change.
WHAT :stress:
People our democracy is under attack. I can only assume all jannys are Russian assets at this point.

I agree with others that some kind of lifetime achievement award would be a good way to do it. Perhaps a gold plated cuck chair for him to watch all subsequent LOTYs from.

null will get the footage because in the end there is legitimate public interest in releasing it. nick accused the state of lying and planting evidence. he said it/insinuated/had others say it because he knows most of his spectators, both fans and haters, are skeptical of government and could believe it. nick is the one who said reality is the opposite of what the state used to convict him, so the state needs to show us the evidence.

Well, they don't have to, but I hope nool (or our secret benefactor) is willing to go forward with litigation over it if necessary and likely to succeed. I don't think they're actually deliberately stonewalling us at this point, though, and if they don't turn it over it won't be out of recalcitrance but simply that they believe they aren't allowed to.

Regarding LotY, I believe a Cow who won should only be considered again if they did something to top what they did to win initially. The only way Nick's topping it is if he gets arrested for pissing hot or the State actually grabs him on the shit he stole from Aaron's accounts. Maybe if the body cam footage reveals some real embarrassing Easter-egg shit like a cutout of Legal Mindset and LegalBytes head's on the wall in Nick's bedroom where he fucked April. I think he'll go the boring route of feminine streams where he makes fun of Sean and Kurt for the rest of the year.

Isn't the biggest sticking issue with the bodycam release just Nick's kids faces? Technology can fix that.
I'm not a legal expert, but I thought Nick having it sealed was just for his trial.?
Once that was over the public has a right to it, especially if Nick lied and made damaging claims to people involved who made statements to the police before the arrest no?
Referring specifically to Kayla's family, cps, cops, church members, even Aaron.

I'm not a lawyer, but that's been my read of the MN law. Unless they can prove there's a public interest in having the footage released (such as wide-spread rumor of misconduct), it's not coming out.

It's compounded by the county going, "Oh sure, six grand!" at the start, but I'm assuming that was typical government employees being typical government employees.

I would be completely fine with any footage of kids not even being blurred, but completely cut.
No one gives a shit about seeing the kids, we care about the seeing the situation that lead to one of them being exposed to drugs.
