SCOTUS not only has a path to expand its own enforcement, but precedent:

  • In re Neagle, 1889: Justice Stephen J. Field had Deputy US Marshal David Neagle as his body guard, who shot an ex judge (David Terry) dead who was himself trying to shoot Field. The Supreme Court later said "yeah, that's cool, we can have bodyguards."
  • United States v. Shipp: Marshall of the Supreme Court went without a justice in tow to hold a Tennessee sheriff in contempt over a lynching. SCOTUS ran the entire prosecution.
  • Little Rock Crisis: A federal Circuit judge was on the ground, SCOTUS issued emergency orders, Eisenhower sent the 101st airborne. [Yes, this is the president cooperating, but still, the SCOTUS issued emergency orders that led to a division being used to enforce Cooper v Aaron.]
I don't know how likely we are to see a full Judiciary on Executive crashout complete with Judge Dredd shit IRL, but part of me thinks this would be really, really goddamn funny.

"Without proper notice".

Okay... in 30 days you fucks will stop bitching? No? You'll just keep trying to push back forever huh? Then why would anyone listen to this ruling?
The proper notice to begin repelling an invasion by a hostile foreign power. These niggers have to be joking. SCotUS is done. They crossed the retardubricon.

Huh, It also just hit me that Trump only took office on January 20th. He has not even been in office 4 months yet. Just had to post that cause it sometimes feels like it has been much longer with how much has been going on lol

But honestly I'd much rather live in a Libertarian society then anything the Left thinks up.
The Leftist dystopia is something like 1984, Brave New World, the endless bureaucratic hellscape of Brazil. The Libertarian dystopia is Cyberpunk. Both are equally soul crushing, but Mega-Corps aren't totalizing, and so you could carve out your own space on the edges where the corps don't care.

It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. - C.S. Lewis

BREAKING

Audio released from Biden’s catastrophic interview w/ special counsel Robert Hur

0.mp4

I just got finished listening to this, it would be heartbreaking if you cared about this guy.

He gets asked a very simple question, where did you keep your documents.

Biden then spends 4 fucking minutes in a slow, meandering way talking about Trump, the 2016 election (he doesn't know when the election was or when Trump took office), his sons and when Beau died (he doesn't know when).

This is one question and it completely breaks him, he has no idea what the question was or why he is even talking to Hur.

Everyone involved in keeping this man in office should be jailed.
