I looked it up, and in my podunk rural town there are numerous places that will notarize documents for free, including the public library and City Hall. Hell, even one of the law offices in town offers it for free (within reason). I refuse to believe that a large city like Las Vegas doesn't have something like that available.

I had to read that three times. He literally wants Null to pay him to get the documents he has to provide.

"Hey I know I'm suing yo' ass and it's been 5 years and $300,000 or so of wasted money but can I borrow $15?"

You can't make this shit up.

So he waits 9 days to even make an attempt at retrieving the documents, then 4 days before the deadline whines to the court that it's too hard/expensive and is irrelevant, despite already being told that the time for arguing relevancy had already expired. This fucking guy.

I'm sure he figured they'd just email him for free, if he couldn't find a way to get out of it, but nope, it takes time and money and everyone knows Russ shouldn't have to use up either, it should be Null and Hardin becuase Hardin is a NEUTRAL THIRD PARTY and keeps wasting TIME and MONEY defending and NOT GIVING RUSS WHAT HE WANTS. One thing I have not seen anyone else point out is that this adds more to the list of things Greer has to get done. Back when the case got transferred to Florida, Hardin made a bunch of motions to overwhelm Greer a little. This in addition to being a legitimate instance of Greer lying to the court and disrespecting the court is also an excellent method to overwhelm him with things he has to deal with.

Obviously, we know that he lies on a constant basis even though his lips don't move. But there's always some grain of something in his peabrain that makes him think his lies are possible or at least faintly plausible. What is going on here?

He’s optimistic to the point of insanity to believe he could get a brothel up and running by 2027, even using an already existing building. The utter bamboon has no idea at all how businesses work (least of all the sex trade).

Other Farmers have already pointed out the endless red tape that needs to be done before a business can start running. This shit takes time, patience, knowledge and cash, all of which Russ seemingly has nothing of.

There’s ‘chase your dreams’ and the there’s ’show the world what a deluded idiot you are’. I’m pretty sure most KF users, as well as the good people of Winnemucca’s governing bodies, can see the obvious choice.
