So here's the truth behind Emily getting caught gooning in the psych ward:
When she was allowed out of her room, she snuck down to the hospital chapel. She stole a crucifix, took it back her to her room, and used it to violently pleasure herself. She may not have ever been caught, had she not been screeching horrible things about Jesus.

When she runs out of excuses, lies and cannot think of anything to gaslight you with, she comes out with how she is supposedly not straight. The first thing you need to remember here is Rule #1. Emily lies. Back in SL and beyond SL, she has consistently gone after guys. She has sent out nudes, attempted (utterly failed though) to flirt with guys and overall stalked...guys. I know, she denies it but Rule #1 always comes into play when she tries to deny this. As seen on the forum, she isn't afraid to expose herself, much to everyone's disgust, so there is truth in what guys have claimed, in the past, about her doing this. Let me be clear on this, at no time has she ever gone after, in a romantic fashion, anyone who is female or female identifying. Lamby and Ais don't really count because Lamby is a obsessive fixation and Ais is, as well.

HIPAA, which stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, applies to the medical community (institutions and medical personnel) and HIPAA basically governs, guides, and enforces, how private and personal patient records are to be stored and accessed in a medical environment. The act applies only to the medical community and cannot be applied for obvious reasons, to a private citizen.

In Emily's case, she has posted and exposed her own medical documentation, repeatedly, on different public media accounts, with her own free will. It is not illegal to grab those images, since they are posted in a manner that has no expectations of privacy to them. If she wants privacy, she needs to private her accounts or not post that personal information up on them.

This is not the first time I have had to remind her of all of this. She has repeatedly, over the years, done this exact same thing, and then screams about HIPAA, which does not apply here.

I will state as an addendum that during my time spent in the Nexuria Discord server if Emily saw an opportunity for sexual innuendo she went for it, always, regardless of whether the other person was male or female. That said she did tend to avoid outright flirting with anyone that identified as female from what I remember (I can double check). Otherwise, this is entirely accurate.

Meanwhile, the usual nonsense continues on Tumblr.

Edit: She ain't suing anybody. If she was smart like Stebbins she could figure out a way to do it, but we all know she's a lazy parasite. I do think Stebbins is a POS too, but he's at least motivated, even if it's by an unearned sense of entitlement.

I like how Emily's main concern about desecrating a crucifix is germs. The woman who showers once a month. The woman who eats "KNOWLADGE NUGGETS". The woman who screeches about how keeping her apartment clean is nobody's business. Floor covered in filth, keyboard encrusted with grime. MTN DEW bottles and pizza boxes piled to the ceiling. I could totally see that. She has tried to bully Lamby as well as the other people she's stolen art from, too. As we know, the only way to stop bullies is to stand up to them like we do here. I think it annoys her that she can't silence us with her bully tactics either.
If anything the fact that she's aggressive only proves the point that she is a parasite, could work, murdered Kirstin and the Pope and poops in a bucket.

As evidence I would like to cite Emily's yearbook which none of her classmates would sign. None of them liked her. Why? Even the nerdiest, most socially awkward kids in my school got people to sign their yearbook. Know who didn't get their yearbook signed? The class bully.

And it even shows more of what a good person Kirstin was that to cheer up the sad blubbering blubber ball Kirstin signed Emily's yearbook to help cheer her up. And Emily murdered her out of jealous rage.

The worst part about this is the fact that Kirstin was a mother and Emily deprived young children of someone so important in their lives. They're going to be affected forever from this...
