What is a personality disorder (PD)?
Though it can be caused by trauma the overwhelming majority of people with PD are born with it. People with PD can not feel empathy. That's the only qualifier for a PD. Someone can be an asshole and still have empathy. A bad person knows what they're doing is wrong and probably feels guilt. Sociopaths genuinely believe what they do is justified and
can't feel guilt.
Two normal parents can birth a child with a PD. Two PD parents can birth a normal child. We don't fully understand the disorder and people with PD try to sabotage any efforts at meaningful research.
It is not a mental illness like depression or anxiety. It has a different cause in the brain. Sociopaths pretend to have mental illness and trauma to play the victim. Stop lumping those ugly freaks in with abused children, veterans, and rape victims, they don't deserve that.
You can identify someone with a PD based on looks alone. They do have a certain look that many on the farms call out. It's not hormones, health problems or mental illness it's a personality disorder. It's all in the eyes.
Their inner turmoil is caused by their guilty conscience telling them the truth: that they're bad people. That's why people with PD self harm by cutting, slamming their heads into walls, taking risks and commit suicide young. They're miserable husks who are fundamentally broken.

What is the difference between BPD and NPD?
Not much. People with PD deviate into these categories based on things like self awareness, upbringing, intensity of symptoms, and having other disorders like Autism. BPD is characterized by extreme overreactions when their ego is bruised or when they don't get their way. They are violent and highly manipulative. NPD is a covert form of BPD. They are silent abusers who use psychological abuse to get what they want. Not just women can have bpd. Men do have bpd but most misdiagnose their outbursts as male anger issues.
Does Anisa have BPD or NPD?
Yes. The cause is an inability to feel empathy. Whether she has bpd or npd doesn't change much. It's just a general category to identify the type of sociopath you're dealing with. But BPD would be the more accurate category due to her mirroring partners and emotional outbursts.
Does The Soiled have NPD?
Yes. I believe he has Autism as well. Before Anisa sucked and fucked her way into the picture and ruined everything, Ian displayed strong signs of sociopathy.

Ian despite not being injured uses that moment to make it about himself and berate HTB. So it's okay to risk injury to Hila even after Ethan said stop. But when you're at risk now it's a problem?
Go back and really pay attention to Ian. He has no core values unless it serves him and only him. He flip flops constantly and is the least funny of the cancer crew. He's always watching the others and trying to mimic them.

Why is Ian so UGLY?
Bpd people isolate their partners by convincing them to ruin their appearance through subtle manipulation. Their fear of abandonment and fetish for control is why they do this. They need to degrade and humiliate their partner all day everyday so they won't leave. Greasy Anus Hair is probably very abusive in private. But I can only speculate. I wouldn't be shocked if she beats, throws stuff, bites, kicks, punches, spits on, insults, degrades, blocks doorways, shoves or pushes Ian. All bpd people get violent and take things too far because they can't control their sociopathic rage. The fear of violence or a meltdown makes their partners more compliant.
Will Ian kill himself? Why won't he leave?
Probably not. He is being pumped full of so many drugs he probably has no idea what's going on. He's also a sociopath and they only kill themselves when they've lost control. That depends on the individual situation.
It's difficult for victims of narcissistic abuse to leave. Bpd women love to falsely accuse people of rape. If The Pegged left Ms. Saggy Tits his life would be over.
Ian truly loves Anissa because she mirrored him in the beginning of the relationship. In other words Ian is in love with himself. The fact that everyone is telling him to leave her only strengthens his narcissistic/autistic desire to break the rules and stay. Even if he did wake up, what could he do? He's past the point of no return.
He is probably capable of a murder suicide and could take Shitty Ass and the dogs with him. But that would only happen if Anal Bleed decided to leave him. If Anus Shit keeled over and died of natural causes then Ian might kill himself.

The overwhelming majority of people with PD remain undiagnosed. You need to learn the reality of their symptoms to out them yourself and to protect vulnerable groups like children.
