The same way black women keep they wigs on, its clipped in, it might be trickier with Jews because they usually develop a bald spot right were its rested, that's why avoid I wearing hats. There might be some adhesive though for people that shave their head, I'm an unjewdicated goy so take what I say with a grain of kosher salt.

I don't speak moon language but I'm pretty sure it's this tape.

For bald Jews, I mean. Otherwise it's bobby pins or snap barrettes like you'd use with any other tiny hat/veil.

eta: that does just look like fashion tape that someone illustrated with a kippah instead of pink and a neckline. Probably have to do your research and see if they're the same thing, and if so, which is a better deal per inch.

Eh, I'm not going to browse kipastore. I'd assume they use the same tape they use to prop up boobs because a bald jew is probably an executive producer and has someone to help him with that.
