That's what the content cop and content deputy were for; it will boost their revenue. It was a last Hail Mary to try to get the breadtube audience to watch their videos and support their stuff. It didn't need to work long term, although they hoped it would, but to get that extra money from the video getting a lot of traction. Anisa then goes on a big trip a few weeks later (note it's the start of the month when the check comes in) to spend some of that money on a "break" to "relax" while the guy infront of the camera, Ian mopes around in LA trying to continue the grift as best as possible.
That's why the video is so out of nowhere and designed to appeal to a set audience; the justification is weak for it, and they know it, but they just needed a big video to come out, and this was the best option. Ian has to adapt to survive, his other content gets next to no revenue at all.

Dear Mr [Denims Lawyer]:

I am in receipt of your letter, dated May 7, 2025, to my client Ethan Klein. Please direct all future correspondence regarding this matter to me. In the event your client, [Denims real name], p/k/a Denims files a complaint, please send me a Notice and Acknowledgement of Receipt form. My client will accept service of process and we shall proceed with litigation.

At present, my client is not inclined to provide a more substantive response to your letter - but reserves the right to do so.

Rather, I wanted to write you as a professional courtesy. It appears your client spoliated evidence. As you know from watching the March 7, 2025 video, my client publicly stated he was exploring litigation against Denims. As made clear in the video, the basis for this threat was her involvement in disseminating falsehoods that Ethan and Hila Klein neglected and abused their children - which contributed to the fraudulent report to CPS and CPS visiting the Kleins' home.

On March 8, 2025, your client acknowledged Ethan's threat of litigation over her contribution to the CPS incident by beginning her video with: "Ethan Klein threatened to sue me." At the same time, it appears Denims deleted all her YouTube videos (when there were in the hundreds as of December 27, 2024) and Twitch Videos made prior to March 8, 2025. I hope you understand why I felt obligated to bring to your attention what appears to be the intentional destruction of highly relevant evidence by your client.

Additionally, if you haven't already, it would be very insightful for you to watch some brief clips demonstrating your client's contribution and endorsement of the CPS incident. Due to your client's apparent spoliation, the only clips of these posts exist in Reddit posts or Denims' fan channels that repost her content. [Editor's Note: Do we have any archives of this stuff here?]

  • Clip from March 7, 2025 Stream: This is a minute and a half clip from a stream your client made on the day that CPS first visited the Kleins - where she amplifies to her audience the falsehoods that led to the fraudulent report to CPS.
  • March 8, 2025 Stream: In your client's stream the day after CPS first visited the Kleins, your client:
    • Claimed Ethan was "clearly mentally distressed and unwell"
    • Mocked Hila for stating: "Our House is so Clean"
    • Mocked Ethan and Hila for being wealthy parents
    • Claimed Ethan and Hila's children (who are 5, 3, and 11 months old) will not remember the CPS incident, despite finding research to the contrary
    • Your client stated: "I think there is some level of negligence happening here. I think it's embarrassing for Hila to be here, like, this is so traumatic for kids. You are trying to traumatize the children."
  • April 23, 2025 Stream: In your client's stream, she reacts to the clip from her March 1, 2025 stream mentioned above. In her reaction, your client: (1) endorses the tactics of the individual who propagated the falsehoods that led to the fraudulent report to CPS; and (2) insists that Giardia is a rare disease - when the Mayo Clinic describes it as "one of the most common of waterborne diseases in the United States" - particularly in children.

Do you have a visual copy of the letter? It seems to be referring to certain videos, and those might be being referenced via screenshots from what it sounds like. Might help us narrow down the videos in question, and by extension, what is already archived on here.

Edit: On second thought, if the text referencing the dates corresponds with the upload dates of the videos and not their filming, this might be a piece of cake after all.
